I go there twice a week and sometimes they forget some of my order sometimes the coffee not fresh until yesterday it was a hair inside the cookie as my granddaughter eating it that was it no more going to that place.

Since the new crew took over this semester. It's a totally different atmosphere the workers are happy and alway cheerful.. they make sure if the order isn't right they fix it. Don't let the previous reviews ruin a chance to have a great service... ?

This is the slowest Tim Hortons drive thru I’ve been to, if you go inside it’s even slower. I’ve waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, now I leave my house 20 minutes early if I need to stop here to avoid being late to wherever I’m going. The service is mediocre on a great day and the preparation of food is poor.

By far the absolute worst Tim Horton's ever!!!! I have had to use it for 2 years now at Mohawk and they are constantly unable to fulfill orders because they are out of stock. This morning I ordered a Bagel belt meal with Bacon and a Medium Double Double, plain bagel with butter for 6,77. Did not butter my bagel and they informed me after the fact that they had no hashbrowns.... or Napkins!!!!
Customer service is very worst especially one lady who working there is always dealing with customers in a rude manner. It is very difficult to order a coffee or snacks due to the behaviour of the staff there.
