“I just want to say thank you to the staff who accommodated our last minute drive thru order. We honestly thought you closed at 11, we got there just before 10pm, you made us all fresh food. I’m currently pregnant and really had a craving for Wendy’s so thank you for not disappointing me. Food was delicious and fresh!“
“Why on earth did they relocate to a smaller and gridlocked location? I was a fairly regular customer, but between the terrible location and even more terrible reviews, I guess I won't be eating at this location anymore. I was disgusted to read the review about the super friendly drive thru employee who was reprimanded for his cute and cheerful welcome of "bippidy boppidy boo, and what can I get for you!? As the ex-owner of a restaurant, I would have been thrilled to have such an upbeat employee, making the best of a really crummy job. I'm sure there is a script to follow, but jeez....lighten up and give the kid credit for making the customer smile.“
