We visited Hinome Sushi, opened by my favorite sushi chef from London. Today, we enjoyed rolls, sushi, and noodle with soup. The chef, with extensive experience in Japanese cuisine, brings a distinct flavor, and we can always feel the use of high-quality ingredients.
