Worst experience. When an offer doesn't go there should be way to fix it. The lady and guy at the window was like we don't care. No greeting nothing. Everyone pays for their food. Show some respect to your customers. Never going back to this place.

Terrible customer service. No acknowledgemen. No one is polite. I messed up on my mobile order told them it was my fault and I wanted to change it. They said no. I offered to pay the difference.I do not recommend this place anyone.

Usually this Tim hortons location is pretty good with customer service but I'm extremely unhappy with the service i received this morning on my way to work today. I brought in my MrLube + tires reusable cup in for an ice cap. They had broke my lid on it and looks like they tried to pull it off instead of twisting the lid off, it was perfectly fine once i gave it to them to fill it, when i got it back from it being filled up it was broken.

Didn’t review the first time but this now being the second, not going to visit this location again. Drive thru, ordered a coffee and wedges. Food was cold. Not luke warm, cold. Also no napkins. Done.

Wrap was made horribly, wrap wasn't wrapped right to keep the ingredients in.Staff was super.Bathrooms were a complete mess, and the dining area had no clean tables. We had to clean an area ourselves.

Had to stand T the counter after I paid for almost 15 mi uses because they forgot to fill the hot chocolate machine . Then waited again for the ice cap.

Not sure what is going on with the chili. It should have been called hamburger soup. Certainly not what it used to be unless it was just this location quality control. A spoon and knife was forgotten in the bag. I’m glad I ate inside vs takeout!
