Bagel Nash is always great. My only issue are the Montreal bagels. Montreal bagels have poppy or sesame seeds not both together on the same bagel. I find that service has gone down over the years and it's not so much service as the staff seem to be very grumpy with no smiles.

One star for the service. Got a dozen bagels. Cashier asked how many. I said 12. She proceeded to weigh the bag. Looked at it, then said she needed to count them. There were 12. Used to be friendly. Not sure I'd come back.

I always like to try small local bakeries. Really good bagels and breads. Some specialty pastries, and croissants. I like the Challah, whole wheat bread. They have a take out sandwich counter too. Give them a try.
I don't know who the little Asian man was that came out of the back and yelled at me when i made a little complacent mistake picking up my bagle, but he sure was classless and rude. I made light of his ignorance with my elevated sense of humor and told the lady behind the counter that he needs be more polite and professional.If his attitude doesn't go then he should.Over the last 20yrs I've had more great experiences than bad, so I'm not going to let that slaveen of a person, stop me from coming back to the best bagle place in ontario.
Bagel are good and fresh, hot sandwich is so so, sharama has less taste on it.

I've always liked their bagels and still do but wanted to share how they ripped me off for a coffee today. Their menu has a medium coffee for $2.25 but the cashier gave me a tiny cup and charged me that much so I asked her about it and she said that " we don't have medium anymore only small and large"...so basically they made the medium a small and still charge the same. This cup was tiny and charging that much for it was excessive especially since their menu shows a medium for that price. When I asked her about it she looked at me like I was crazy and she didn't understand what I was talking about. Maybe because of the area they think people can afford it and don't care but I didn't appreciate the attitude and the ripoff coffee.
