The food is tasty- I recommend the mushroom, cheese bagelini without the humous. The salads are all delicious & the small is big enough for 2 people. Many of the waitstaff have been there for years and our friendly and efficient. The inside of the restaurant is a little tired and could use a makeover. It can also be very noisy so it wouldn’t be a place to go to if you wanted an intimate meal? There is lots of free parking behind the restaurant.

Server Debbie is amazing. After my first visit there she remembered that I drink tea and what I ordered the previous time!! We come every Tuesday after our pilates class. Look forward to trying items at the bakery next time.

the short filipino lady, Jolie, with badly done eyebrows has a disgusting attitude and should not be working here. it was my first time, asked if I could have an egg with the small bagel, she rolled her eyes said “oh my god, do you even know the size of an egg? it won’t fit”. she was very rude and bitter throughout. she even smiled when i said i wanted to cancel the order and leave. very disappointing.

If you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite don't bother coming here. Customer service doesn't exist here and this one lady staff is unbelievable rude. Simply asked her a question about putting an egg in a begal and she responds with "do you really it'll fit, think about it" her name is Jolie. Short Filipino lady with ugly eyebrowsLol joke of a place.

Bagel World is a Thornhill staple. Ya, the restaurant can be loud, but that's just because it's so good that it's usually busy during lunch hour. I've tried most things on the menu, but the Bagelini (bagel panini) and Crunchy French Toast are some of my all-time favourite dishes. If you're in the Thornhill area and looking for a good breakfast/lunch place, you can't go wrong.

Delicious , but simple breakfast, with great tasting bagels , and good coffee, at a very good price.

Cold and rubbery…had mushroom omelette was bit cold and meh. Partner had “cold” French toast and then heated in microwave…seriously? Avoid…

This is a solid place to go for a quick, reliable, and affordable breakfast. Now by no means does quick or affordable mean that the food is low-tier. It is actually great. I ordered a waffle with mixed berries and it came relatively quick. It had a good helping of fruit and whipped cream and the waffle wasn't dry. I've been here before and had the eggs as you should when reviewing a breakfast place. They weren't over or under cooked and came just like I ordered them; sunny side up. The coffee is cheap coming in at about 2.50$ I believe. 3 eggs with a bagel comes to about 8$. all together you can get yourself a mighty breakfast for 15$ with the quality of a standard overpriced restaurant. Would go again.
