I ordered the shakshuka and the sabich wrap. Both were delicious. The service was attentive, and I received good value for my meal. I would be happy to eat there again.

Good food but noisy. Normal for a general kosher restaurant.

Went to check out the place because I’ve heard good things. Went inside & Person at the cashier (Israeli Ik because I heard her speak Hebrew) asked if I was good & I asked abt different locations they had (bc I was intrigued & lived downtown) & menu options. Woman starts loudly saying: “ why are you asking me so many questions? Who are you? Where are you from? I’m busy doing 2 other things, is this worth my time, is this worth your time ”, I was shocked but still kindly said that I live downtown & wasn’t sure of the location she goes & says smt in the lines “idk if you’d want to eat here anyways bc kosher food is expensive.” For context I’m an Israeli of color (askenazi mom, African dad), I think you pretty much get where I’m going here…Anyways I left & was very insulted & upset, can’t rly comment on the food but absolutely terrible people, you don’t treat ppl like trash period…

The air conditioning had broken down. We were 4 people. We were given two glass glasses and two plastic glasses for water. One plastic glass had a hole in the bottom. Very pricey items and the quantity and quality did not warrant the price. Three of four received their meals almost 10 minutes before the pizza was ready. Pizza was drowning in very salty cheese and the crust was soggy. Coffee tasted stale but when we complained it was taken off the bill. Bathrooms are sadly in need of a renovation - doors are scratched up and the place just looks sad. The waitress did her best but they were understaffed. $124 for four women for a below average lunch is outrageous. We will not be back.

I wish I had the chance to eat from here... I called on a Thursday as asked if they are open Friday morning, and the lady on the phone told me that they were. I wanted to place an order for some sandwiches as I was hosting some friends who kept kosher. Full well knowing that Friday is Shabbos, I asked her again if they were indeed open Friday morning, and she said that they were. More specifically she said that I could come in at 9:30am to make my order and pick it up a few hours later. I called Friday morning at 9am, no answer. I called again at 9:30am (from the car), no answer. Figuring that they were just busy, I went to their location (7700 Bathurst), to discover that they were closed. I waited from 9:30am to 10am and their restaurant was closed. I had to cancel my plans, because I simply had nothing to serve my guests. Also when I called the restaurant the phone message said that their hours were from 7:30am to 2:00pm on Fridays. Do yourself a favor and call the same day to make sure that they are actually there, don't get burned like I did.

Ignorant breakfast "chef" didn't bother to even stay! Which chef can't customize a poached egg??! Great little place and the host was really good to bad she has to work with who amounts to an idiot.
