To the owner,If you are reading this, this is especially for you. I have been to this place for quite a few times and I must say my hopes and expectations got lesser each time to a point that I would never come here again.Initially it was a good place to dine in. But lately since the past one year it has been terrible.To begin with I came here on a lazy Sunday evening and we were the only patrons who were dining in. There was absolutely nobody to be seen until I ringed a bell and the server appeared. We took a place at the table on our own which was unclean and we asked him to clean the table for us.As shown in the images there were Atleast 4 other tables which had plates full of leftovers, probably people would have dined in earlier but the plates lied there unnoticed by any staff. To my surprise the tables weren’t cleaned until we got out of the restaurant after having our food.The server needs to be trained thoroughly, he gave me an unclean plate which was replaced on request. Everything needs to be told to the person in particular to be done. When you ask or tell him something all he does is nod his head and we have to figure out the rest on our own. He doesn’t even care to take any food order until called upon. Incomplete orders, hiding around in the kitchen, not showing up for elongated times are some specialities here now. I’m writing this after three same experiences while dining in. The food was nothing but mediocre which was not the case earlier when you opened up.All in all- your staff and management is sinking the ship,

They have changed the chef and that has caused me downgrading my review from 5 star to 3 star.Terrible and extra sour-soicy food received last night in dinner, same taste for 4 different plates. we tried fish l, shrimps, chicken and veg.

We ordered a family pack Ghee Roast Mutton Biryani and a Chicken 65 Biryani. It was an expensive order for a gathering.The Ghee Roast Biryani was BELOW EXPECTATIONS, DRY and the mutton quality was very AVERAGE. For the whopping cost, I did not expect such substandard quality and taste.The Chicken 65 biryani was somewhat good but they ruined it by making it EXTRA SPICY, despite being told that we wanted MEDIUM SPICY. The spice overtook the flavor and it was difficult to enjoy.All in all the food at our gathering was a total flop. Waste of money and food. Felt awful having to dispose some of it. I wish I could return it to the restaurant instead of taking the responsibility of disposing food.

Got chicken 65 biryani, it was too oily, had a bad margarine like after taste. Chicken was also not tasting good or fresh. One of the worst I’ve had in GTA. Also found a hair in it.

I always order biryani from chaurasta. The taste and quality is just amazing. Staff is really polite. The dine-in place is clean and spacious.Must try Paneer 65 and Rimjhim paneer biryani.
Love this place! Amazing butter chicken, Nizami korma and chicken 65 dosa!Bindu was an exceptional hostess. She was attentive and friendly.The dosa she made was amazing, especially considering it was her first time :)
i came past dinner time so it wasn’t busy. i ordered the bezawada chicken biryani and chana masala and both tasted so so good. the flavor is so rich and serving is big. the chicken biryani definitely can serve 2-3 pax. will come back again and try the other foods in their menu.

Ordered butter chicken last night through uber app for pickup and it was total disaster, It feels like eating tomato soup.. such a horrible experience… In the past I use to order methi malai paneer which was too super good and tasty thats why i last night i want to try butter chicken but its disgusting ?… I recommend everyone not to go for butter chicken in this restaurant you will waste your money but definitely go for veg items , its wort it…sorry and thank you
