I did not think that the quality of Halim would change after the change of management. I got Halim from here and it was very tasteless and very little meat. I wasted all my money. I will never go back again.Super unorganized store as well and very unprofessional staff, never go back there again.

Since it happened several times, I write here. The staffs are rude. At lease not aligned with customer values in Canada.Then, in two or three of my purchase, I asked if the sweets are fresh threy said YES! In a way that looked I had asked something strange. But it was not! Thebsweets were not fresh.I do not buy from them anymore.

It's a type of a sweet that if you try one, rest of it you will keep in the fridge until they go bad. Not worth the price.We bought 3 variants of sweet for Yalda night, but no one liked any of it.On the other hand, the nuts ( ajil) were pretty fresh and good quality. Though, still pretty pricey.

I got a Napoleon dessert from Laden tonight. I was really surprised by the size and taste. The size of the sweets was halved and it had no taste. This was really awful, while I always used to get Napoleon sweets from Laden.

We visited Ladan pastry today, and obviously we noticed the different management. The lady, who helped us was so friendly and so polite. She helped us to select the cake. Everyone in the store was so positive and helpful. Also the cake was so fresh and so delicious.

**NEW MANAGEMENT**I recently visited Ladan Catering after hearing that it was under new management, and I'm happy to report that the improvements are truly remarkable. With the new management in place, the customer service has improved drastically and the store is now a pleasure to visit.The new management has clearly made an effort to listen to customer feedback and make changes accordingly. The staff are now super friendly and attentive, and the store is always clean and well-stocked. The pastries and nuts are delicious and the overall shopping experience has vastly improved.I highly recommend visiting this store, especially if you had a negative experience in the past. The new management has really turned things around, and I'm confident that you'll have a great experience just like I did:)

The nuts and bakery products are old and taste awful. The owner of the restaurant is very rude, and the products are overpriced and of low quality. They do not know how to serve customers properly in my opinion. Not recommended.
