Ive been here a few times and every single time I’ve been here they haven’t had anything ready, but took my money, then informed me it would be a 3 min wait just to make me wait 15 min. If I wanted to wait I wouldn’t be looking for a hot and ready pizza. This store clearly doesn’t follow the company’s marketing and should say they don’t have pizzas ready and you will have to wait 15min

The customer service experience was incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts, it took five calls before someone finally answered, only to be greeted with a vague “hello” that made me doubt if I had dialed the right number. After repeating my order multiple times, I was transferred to different people, each asking for my order again. When I expressed my frustration, I was told to calm down. Despite ordering the same items multiple times, the prices always vary, and today, I was unexpectedly charged for Parmesan sprinkling despite it being advertised as included.

If I could give 0 I would . I ordered a Hawaii large pizza with stuff crust . It was $23.99 . Look at the amount of pineapple and ham on it … it’s crazy how little filling it has … the price isn’t cheap but the amount of pineapple and ham was TOO LITTLE AND PRICE IS UNJUSTIFY. The cheese in the stuff crust isn’t good as well, taste like vegan cheese which have no cheese flavor . I wasn’t expecting too much from this pizza place but the amount of filling is just unreasonable with the price . Also the quality of cheese . It was a very disappointed Sunday dinner

The front counter person was chewing gum. Not only is it against health code, but the chewing was very loud. It was disgusting. His uniform was also sloppy and he handed me my food like he was annoyed by it.

In Aug 30 I ordered a pizza and I chose the thin dough in the application, but when I went to take my order the cashier (the lady) told me you can not order thin dough for buy one get one free. She was really rude and when I asked her name she refused to tell me her name.

I ordered for pick-up, a vegetarian Detroit deep dish pizza at their 370 Steeles West location in Thornhill. When I arrived home,it turned out to be a round medium pizza. They made me the wrong pizza. When I called the location to complain, the guy that took my walk-in original order also happened to be the same person answered my called and responded in two words, "Oh yeah, oh yeah.' Very upsetting in how Caesars management train their employees. I will definitely never go back to this location again. For their mistake and improper handling of the phone call I cannot give them a good rating.

Good pizza but this location was missing half of its toppings. Tried using the online order for a large pizza and kept getting notified that certain toppings weren't available. I showed this to the worker and she tried to convince me to order a medium pizza instead if I wanted the toppings.
Never order Buy 1, get 1 Free Canadian 12" on Uber. They already make it ingredient-light, but when you order online, I'm pretty sure they make it even worse. Look at this pic and tell me you can spot mushrooms! I couldn't. These is some hams in the box, none on the pizza ! All bread. 0/10

Not sure if they are cutting costs but the toppings are minimal as you can see in the photo. All the toppings are put in the middle, either that or they ran out and didn't want to bother refilling their container to make sure they get the pizza out on time.
