First I was waiting for 5 minutes at a Counter but no one came to take my order. After I placed my order I was waiting for 10 minutes just for a Double Double and I even asked them about my coffee but no one was making it. Moreover, there was only 2 customers, though they couldn't handle it and thus I gotta take my refund.

This McDonald's is the worst in all of Canada. I would recommend looking for another one despite being further away. The staff makes the decision to skip orders to serve the ones they decide without respecting shifts. And if you are going to order by mobile, they are not responsible for those orders, you should go and investigate where your order was lost in the store. The staff is poorly trained, the restaurant has dirty tables all the time and they don't even add tomatoes to anything. Even if you bring it, they reject it. I have made 12 purchases here and all of them have been a disaster. Today was the last one I do, I will change to Bueguer FactoryDietary restrictions: Why? Not tomatoes?? Why not Onion??

Just a person served as a cashier, which was really hard for her, and again Indian, very skilled. Are they really good at every job? ? Maybe referred by their friends? Okay, Canada is a multicultural country with equal opportunities (I wish)
Found a fruit fly in my drink and the manager says they can’t do anything because they don’t have flies in their restaurant. Then I pointed out a fruit fly in her muffin display and still didn’t do anything. I just wanted a refill of coke that wasn’t contaminated and after I asked nicely she still said I had to pay for the refill….. so I paid… i don’t believe she has the customer service skills required to be in her position
