I went to red lobster almost 20 years ago with my parents. Writing a review now after coming back with my own family.This is a review a day after we ate so it's all still fresh in my mind and the smell still lingers on my jacket.Tom was our host and he did a great job with everything. He was kind, patient and answered all our questions about the menu.It was a birthday celebration so we decided to just have fun with as many options as possible but it all came down to who was hungry the most and it was obviously me. We ordered some apps like the usual red lobster biscuits, the crab queso. Etc. with wine of course.The ultimate feast and the shrimp Trio was the goal for later. We had our kids with us who shared some of the food along with their dinner which was mac n cheese. We took our time and just had fun and their was no rush to go anywhere since it took me forever to get through the crab legs and finish the rest of my dinner.The only thing I would say is the vibe/atmosphere, setting which red lobster never really had as i imagined it to. And it is where I left the rating stars unchecked. Id like a nice ocean type vibe where there's all sorts of deep sea coral colours on the sealing, maybe a brighter setting with coral decor or something like that. The red lobster is a place you wanna go to and feel like you're in the ocean swimming alongside the fish. Maybe some sort center piece which features water and you have live fish swimming in it. Kind of like what Mandarin has. Something more vibrant.Thanks Red Lobster for the intimate family experience.

The Manager (Prasanth) was passive aggressive when I told him my lobster was undercooked. He said “it’s definitely cooked” and “he probably just changed his mind and wants something else” while just staring at the table. Clearly does not know how to deal with people in a polite way or look them in the eyes when speaking. The restaurant name is Red Lobster, and I came for a lobster. Why would I just suddenly change my mind after one bite? Anyways he removed it off the bill and our server was really nice (some young east asian man). Food was mid. Manager got some issues. He should consider a career change

I like the endless shrimp promo. The grilled shrimp skewers taste like you are eating somewhat healthty and the side choices are yum. I never leave hungry.

Had a great dinner and Ruth and Caroline (forgiven me if it is wrong spelling) were very tentative during meal and accommadating for all my sisters request ? the apps came out quickly and the food was tasty. The fish and chips were crispy, the steak was cooked perfectly. My sister enjoyed the seafood dish and the mussels had the perfect sauce and tasty. We were a demanding group of 12 but all were happy. Thanks again

Visiting our old neighborhood and decided we missed one of our favorite restaurants, Red Lobster !! Is Lobster festival !! ? Lobsters tail "huge" and the pastas so creamy. We ordered white wine mussels, so gooooood and the sauce matched amazing. We will definitely recommend this Red Lobster and will come again when we visit the neighborhood.

Hi Very disappointing. I went to Red Lobster because my son loves their shrimp. The food is good, but the service is horrible, especially since my son ordered Unlimited shrimp. Out of 2 hours, he only received two dishes because the waiter informed him he could only get one at a time. The sad part is he had to wait 30 minutes for the waiter to come and another 30 minutes for one dish to arrive, so essentially he only got two dishes. What a scam. I don't think I will ever go to that location again
