We went for AYCE dinner on a weekday and there were a few other tables there too. They had a good variety of food options. The sashimi was relatively good, not too thin but not the best I’ve had. Their rolls are probably their strong suit though, they have a looooot of options. They don’t use too many fillers in their rolls either (cucumber, tempura bits). Most of their other appetizers and stir fry’s are okay. Their tom yum soup was surprisingly good lolOverall, it was worth it but not sure if I would come back for AYCE. Price is competitive for AYCE though

Food was mid. Way overpriced they also give the tiniest portions. Servers were walking around looking miserable with their job. Not a friendly atmosphere.

May be i had too much hope for this restaurant.Quality was below average. Fried items from the kitchen tasted soggy + blend.I will try this restaurant again to see if it was same quality or may be just one bad day kinda happenning when i have a chanceBut it was such a disappointment, this time.

The first time ordered for a pick-up.It was ready when I got there and many people were having all you can eat, which I'd love to try.The quality of food is good and alright. No spark nor surprises.I'll say their sushi do have a little more rice compared to the fish on the top.

Came to Sano sushi because we want Japanese and we are in the area and we found out that they are All You Can eat when we sit down.I am sure you can order A la carte as wellYou order using a tablet and it is very easy.Service is a bit of a mix here but overall is ok.Food items come out very fast and they never miss any order.Food tastes ok as an AYCE restaurantParking can be a bit of a challenge. It took us 5 minutes to wait for a parking spot.Overall is ok.They give you discount of you pay cash.Parking: Parking can be a bit of a challenge.

Was there with my husband last night for a Valentine’s Day dinner, and it was such a disappointing experience. They prioritized all takeout/delivery orders over their customers sitting there in person. It took over an hour to get an order of sushi, most customers were disappointed and complaining. When i went to inform one of the waitresses that we had ordered sushi she snapped at me and said “We are busy can’t you see? They’re working on it!!”Rude and careless to be honest. All of the tables around us arrived around the same time and we were all waiting for sushi for over an hour, as we could visibly see the 3 people making sushi for takeout orders and placing them in takeout containers for over an hour, without a single order being made for the customers sitting in the store. I completely understand it can get busy, but they prioritized profit from takeout over their customers sitting there just waiting….We ended up just telling them to forget about most of our sushi order as we had been at the restaurant for over 2 hours at that point and most of our sushi order had not arrived yet…They could have given the takeout customers a realistic time of when the food would get ready, or limit their intake of takeout orders.Anyway, on top of that, 2 of their employees were visibly very sick, one was making sushi and coughing all over the place, and the other one was a waitress walking around visibly fatigued and sick and coughing as she interacted with the customers.Overall very disappointing experience. We have been regular customers for over a decade… but it seems like they can’t handle a full house & takeout, and would rather prioritize takeout customers over their dine in customers.

This please has been my family’s go to for years, unfortunately that won’t be the case anymore! We went last night for dinner and it was going well until we notice the cook was using the same kitchen wear to cook fish as the meat so it gave all the chicken a seafood taste, then went we go half way through our dinner we had noticed an alive cockroach that seemed to find its way into the soup which turned us off the whole meal, after telling the worker her answer was “it’s okay” and proceeded to throw out the soup after telling her a second time she pretended she didn’t speak English and went to get the manger the manger than said he would look into it never returned to address the issue and then proceeded to avoid us for the rest of the night
