We absolutely loved the delicious food and enjoyed the atmosphere. I have to drop one star from the service though. The service was average. As soon as we entered we were welcomed with a not very welcoming tone which was a little strange. The lady that served our table was really nice but was not checking on us as often as we expected.

I just called now to reserve a table for 2 and the lady on phone was very rude. I asked what time slots they had available for the evening. No time slots were given. All the lady was saying was “what time?!” “when are you coming?!” Sounded like she was yelling on the phone. If I’m asking what slots are available for a reservation. Usually they answer with a time slot (wait list) or if they’re booked for the night. Very unprofessional interaction. Restaurant has good ratings. But it turned us off from coming for the first time.

We have been dining at Santo’s since 1994 and absolutely LOVE this place. The atmosphere is beautiful with a live band playing dinner music yet doesn’t interfere with table conversations. The service is honestly bar none. The food is incredible! My older daughter requests this restaurant every birthday for the last 13 years. It’s a great experience all around and we are so happy to return often and celebrate our milestone occasions here.

Great food but service is terrible. Waitress had zero personality and service was slow and inconsistent. Final straw is waiting for the bill and seeing our waitress shoveling food in her mouth behind the bar while we sit there waiting and waiting after an already long night waiting for the food which took over an hour to get. All I can say to the staff there is be more professional and work on those observation skills.
This is one of our go-to places for homey Italian food. It's the one we like in our neighborhood. My personal favourite is the Baked Ziti for main and the tiramisu for dessert.

In a strip mall area, not much going around that area but lots of parking and there is a good ambiance set up with live music and string lights everywhere giving that classic italian restaurant feel. The food was a bit hit and miss. In general the pasta was delicious with generous servings of proteins with a large serving size easily enough for 2 people with a reasonable price point. A few things detracted from a 5 star review like cocktails that tasted like it was from a premix, parmesan cheese served in the little ketchup paper cups and is clearly kraft cheese that is not fresh, bruschetta that was warm and mediocre. Not all staff were as friendly as I was expecting, but they do their best to split the bill too which was nice Overall, pastas were great! I would skip the rest.
