I went here today around noon. There's bagels in the front bins but she got mine from the side. When I got home I noticed they were not fresh at all and hard. Probably day old. Wasn't alot but it was a waste of money. Not happy. This does not look fresh.

This place has gone downhill so much. Now, during the week, they sell "artisinal NYC bagels", instead of the wood fired Montreal bagels that made them famous. Just a standard bagel now Monday-Thursday and $8 a dozen? Better to wait for the weekend when they fire up the wood stoves and do proper Montreal bagels for $12.I cant help but wonder if this isn't a result of losing their client base, with frequent price increase coupled with discontinuation of the customer loyalty plan a couple of years ago. This place should be about volume. Brining Montreal bagels back down to a more reasonable price would bring the masses in. Will be sad to see this place go.

Love love love the Montreal-style bagels. The ladies who make and serve the bagels are a staple to this bakery.Very disappointed with the introduction of the New York Style bagels from Tuesday to Thursday. Do not like them at all.

Montreal bagels only available Friday-Sunday. Their New York Bagels are inexpensive, however have no taste. For New York Bagels go to Bubbies at Bathurst and Wilson.

Went to the Bathurst St. location on Thursday to buy some Montreal Bagels. Found out they only have Montreal Bagels on Friday to Sunday. What they had were what they call New York Bagels. I bought a few as I was hungry. These were doughy and under cooked. Had to throw them away. Is this is all you can sell then you should be ashamed.

The bagels are okay. But the customer service is beyond terrible.

Best bagels ever. Amazing choices, each one better than the previous. Vegan and sweet choices. Fast service. Also not pricey at all. So recommend.

In St. Lawrence Market Hall. Really great bagels! Very Good Choice, almost everything you can imagine. They also have vegan options. Nice staff!
Montreal bagels only available Friday, Saterday, Sunday. Cannot get them the rest of the week.

Best bagels only come from New York? This Montreal bagel puts that up for debate. May be the best bagel I have eaten in fact. Lots of options including the spreads. Plain with cream cheese perfect. Sandwiches as well, tried the tuna and very good.

The biggest plus for me is that these bagels are behind the counter. (Not self-serve). I still like the Montréal-style bagel. This is sort-of the closest you'll get in Toronto. They've got a variety of refrigerated food and other baked (wrapped) items for sale including apple wood smoked salmon. Pleasant and swift customer service.

Had a sesame seeds bagel, and I can say that it's fresh out of oven because it's soft, and it's easily one of the best.
