Amiseka Modi greeted me warmly as soon as I walked into the store, helped me with the new merchandise, and politely asked all the questions she needed to know to prepare my order.The cuisine was excellent at morning.I appreciate your hospitality, Modi.see you in the future.
Ordered delivery, both sandwiches were made wrong with tons of lettuce but not much else in them, too cheap to even put more then a little tiny splash of sauce. Completely ignored instructions as well. Pretty sad subway you used to be good now it's just a joke.

I went to get the "2 can dine in combo" and it clearly says on the coupon that that includes 2 conbos (where 1 conbo is chips/cookies, 6 inch subway, and a drink) the lady there (don't know her name but it was around 8 pm on Oct 7) says that no, this only includes 2 6-inch subways. I told her to read the coupon cos it clearly says 2 combos - told her 3 times and she wasn't listening - was very confident that it's only 2 sandwhiches and in fact goes like "what do u expect - to get 2 chips, 2 drinks and 2 sandwhiches in 15$" (which even if I was wrong, is rude and horrible customer service and in this case, she was wrong). I stopped arguing and thought will just call customer service later. I guess during this time she messaged her manager and got a call and then she's like "do u want two drinks" and I asked if it's included and then she says yes ans I was like how about cookies, and then she says yes to that. Point is, she wasn't even agreeing to her mistake and no apologies or anything and arrogant behaviour and bad customer service. Everyone makes mistakes but point is you can't be arrogant with your customers and gotta apologize and admit your mistake atleast.

Very disappointed! I ordered the steak bowl cause I wanted to have less carbs and vegetables and meat. There was so little steak in there that i literally had to look for the meat between the rice! I called them to see if i can change it or get a refund causw i didnt want to have just rice and salad and they said they cant do anything about it and if you’re not happy then dont come here next time! Horrible customer service and horrible quality of food! Ive never seen any restaurant thar cares about their customers talk like that!

Subway corporate needs to know that this location does not follow the coupon system. The worker/manager charges a $1 more, saying that they need to in order to survive. Please then don't lie to the customers about coupon amounts if it's not going to be followed. Disappointed.
I often get lunch from this location. The Ladies at the front are always polite and friendly, and greet me with a smile on their faces. The store is very clean and hygienic, and I often see them sanitizing the place when I walk in. Every time I've walked in, the store has been spotless! The meat, veggies and bread are always fresh, and the Ladies always make my lunch perfectly to my desire.Thank you for your friendliness and hard work ladies!Parking: If you can't find parking outside the store, drive around to the underground parking lot!

First time orderd steak and cheez salad on the app from this location. I asked in the instruction to mix the salad with the sauce. The lady did't bother to read the instruction.A littel bit of suace on top ,not mixed and there was barely any meat in the salad.when I called and said that you forgot to mix the sauce both ladies were really rude.Parking: Hard to find prking spot.
