I came here with the hopes to have a delicious birthday dinner. But this changed very quickly...starting from a reservation at 7:30 . To only having orders placed at 8:30-1 hour later.P.S they have only 1 poor waiter working there being overworked! Further to that the food came out an hour later as-well. Unfortunately once the food arrived , it was very displeasing and potato was no good. I am very disappointed and saddened to have experienced this. It has definitely tainted my image of Captain Boil. If you're going here to enjoy good food , here is not the choice you want!

latest visit: march 20, 2024we were the first customers for today and Saul was efficient as he was pleasant! promptly served us and making sure we had no issues with our order. place was clean although i didn't get to check the washroom.. lots of parking and they take amex. it was a good experience! highly recommended!

Captain's Boil is always my favorite "to-go seafood," but this branch was the best of all. It was my first time at this branch because I was near some errands. I ordered clams (captain’s boil sauce) and chicken slices (garlic sauce)—big portions for both boils! They provided me with a plate, not a paper plate, which is way better than the other branches. PLUS POINTS! The only thing is, there is only one server to serve the entire restaurant maybe because its almost closing time. Regardless, the server did a very good job. She always checked on me and was very nice. I think I found my new favorite branch for CB!

My family and I dined in for my birthday, and it was our first time so we were unfamiliar with the menu. Our waiter, Saul, was super helpful, and we ended up enjoying everything we ordered. He was really patient and kind, and made our experience super fun. The food was amazing, and we will definitely be going back :)
Went in on Valentine's day (2 people) and were accidentally sat at a 6 person table. Someone else came to ask us to move and took us to a very small table with the promise that they'd move us to a booth when one opened up. We were fine with this, but when two booths opened up they gave them to the people in line. There was another couple that was also sat at a narrow table and we watched them get moved to a bigger table, even though they came after. We again were told that another booth is clearing up and we'd get those seats - this is already halfway through our meal with our food being squeezed on the tiny table and us having to ask for plates, cutlery, the waste bucket and napkins. When we reminded the same lady who kept making promises that the table cleared up and could we move there, she said that table was promised to someone else. At that point we couldn't eat our food comfortably and just asked for it all to go. We wouldn't have been so annoyed by this situation if we weren't promised on several occasions that we'd get moved and if we hadn't seen another couple get moved. Service was not good either with us having to remind them to bring necessary things like spoons to the table.
