Called a hour ahead of time, show up to pick up pizza, did not have name or number in system. I love how cooked the pizza is but after this, I’m starting to rethink and find another shop.

BY THE WAY I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS ORDER I PHONE THIS MORNING TO GET A QUOTE AND YOU TOLD ME FOR A LARGE PIZZA UNLIMITED TOPPING IT WILL BE 27.59 THEN I PUT IN MY ORDER AROUND 6.30 SHE TOLD ME IT WILL BE 31.06 THEN THE LADY CAME AT THE DOOR REPRESENT ME THE BILL AT 34 AND SOME CHANGE I WASNT INPRESS I DID WRONG I SHOULD OVE PHONE THE STORE AND DOUBLE CHECK WITH HER THEN IF IT WAS LIKE SHE SAID IT WAS IT WOULD BE MY DECCISSION IF I WANT TO TAKE IT OR NOT RIGHT ITS MY FAULT I DIDNT DO THE RIGHT THING SO AFTER I PHONE THE STORE AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD THEN HANG UP AFTER THE FACT THAT THEY TOOK THE MONEY FROM ME THAT DIDNT MAKE ME TO HAPPY AGAIN AND THE DELIVERY PERSON WASNT THAT PROFESSIONAL WHEN I TOLD HER IT SEEM IT DOESNT MATTER WHERE I GO I AM ALWAYS GETTING RIP OFF SOMEHOW WHY I SAY THAT IS BECAUSE THE COMMENT SHE TOLD ME WHEN SHE LEFT THATS HOW IT IS ALL OVER NOW WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE I AM TELLING YOU I MAKE SURE NEXT TIME I ORDER FROM YOUS I AFT TO HAVE MONEY TO BURN BECAUSE IF I AFT TO COUNT MY PENNIES JUST TO ORDER A PIZZA I WILL ORDER SOMEPLACE ELSE THANK YOU NOW I FEEL BETTER THAT I HAD MY SAY
My visit to this place was disappointing due to the terrible food quality and the staff's rude behavior. The pizzas were undercooked and tasteless, while the staff's indifference to our concerns was shocking. This experience has made me avoid the place, emphasizing the importance of quality and service in dining. If there is option of zero star I will definitely do that.

Best pizza in Thunder Bay! Perfectly baked with just enough toppings on my one custom pizza that had salami, bacon, sopressata, garlic, onion and tomatoes. And perfectly well done on the pepperoni and cheese one.Wish I would've tried this place sooner but the Google reviews put me off for a while. Not sure why it's only got 3.5 stars.The kids enjoyed it too and had 2-3 slices of the pepperoni and cheese one (usually they'll eat 1 or half of one and be done).Not to mention, they've got my favourite heinz dips.Well done!
