Picked up some KFC which we haven’t had for about 8 year do to a bad experience.Thought we would give it another try. Wish we didn’t! The gravy was thicker than the last time ( which was nice) reminded me like back in the 80’s when it was delicious but. It was tasteless!The chicken also was also tasteless. Absolutely did not taste at all like KFC. Chicken was cooked fine just had no taste at all. A real disappointment

I think they've given up here at this location. The fountain pop as a prime example is absolutely garbage and when I looked up into the despensors and saw they haven't been cleaned in a long time.. I left my drink behind. Those nozzles NEED to be cleaned daily and you can clearly see they haven't.Second... (I've tested this three times) if you don't tip and you order a 3 piece or bucket... YOU WILL GET the smallest pieces. If you tip... Oh then they are generous. Why am I going to tip a service that is only handing me my food. If you are catering me like at a restaurant then yes... By all means. I tip. But forcing someone to tip so they get a half decent meal. That's just bad.Back to my first point. The place is a MESS. you look under the tables. And look around the edges of the floor where it meets the wall. Look at the grime buildup. I've worked at MANY restaurants in my life and that would NOT be acceptable at any place I've worked. Please skip this restaurant before you or your loved ones get sick.

We stopped in for a quick meal and decided to eat in. All the tables were dirty and there wasn't even one person in the restaurant. I picked the cleanest of the dirty tables and put my tray down and went to bathroom to wash my hands. It smelled so bad, like something was rotting, and bathroom was not clean. We took our food and went to hotel. The food was not fresh made either. Before leaving restaurant I ate a few fries and they were cold and tasted old. Chicken which was eaten a short time later was not great either. Very disappointed with this experience.

Really Unprofessional customer service wouldn’t recommend this store for dine-in or delivery need proper training for assistance had delayed food service and customer is treated with disrespect. argumentative staff even after offering delayed services. Lack of communication skills via front lady was screaming and teaching me how to behave manager couldn’t do much but support staff took order from my hand after delayed services and trying to verify my Id which wouldn’t be necessary if you already ask me to wait for 12 mins they were chanting about some mood swings and pressure slides my order. Really a sensitive issue for a human with feelings.

Was there today and decided to dine in since there was no one in the store. What a mistake, at least four employees working but the store was disgusting. Two bites out of my “twister” and lost my appetite so through out my lunch, in an overflowing garbage. The floor, drink machine and tables were absolutely disgusting. Imagine what the kitchen looks like. Where are the owners or at the very least management?
