Filthy dining room, bathroom sees never been clean and shared both genders, exterior of the building falling apart and needs renovation really bad, and the food taste like a seat in the fridge for a month. Everything is disgusting!!! Yucky..!!!

Gravy did not taste like the usual KFC gravy it tasted like club house chicken gravy haha. fries were undercooked as well. Not satisfied this time unfortunately.

I , as a customer ordered 3 combo and got only 3pc and macaroni salad. I didn't get coleslaw in my orders. I had specifically ordered coleslaw with my orders. I was given macaroni. l did say no drink. Where was the fries!!!! I had to pay 5.05 extra for 3 order of fries. Young lady goes hiding in the kitchen and Male Employee came to the counter. Their mistake! But, yet, I had to pay an extra $$$. Female Employee needs to listen to her customers throughly. Employee female had no listening skills. She will upset a lot more customers guarenteed. Both Male & Female have no customer skills as they do not know that customers are always right! I will not return back to that store. Went through the drive through a couple times, service was quick and friendly and no complaints on the food other than the last two where they didn't add the extras that I asked for on my big crunch combo.

Scratches an itch at times, not exactly fine dining but sure is tasty. Staff are good and prices are really reasonable in today's climate. This store could use a renovation, it's old and shows it.
