Fairly standard, fast food service. Signs in the restaurant warned that they were out of Ranch dip. Reality was that they were out of every dip except BBQ. That would have been helpful to know ahead of time. The person at the counter was pleasant but was very soft spoken which I had a hard time hearing even though I was just across the counter. Nothing special here, sadly

Wow. This place sure lost my business. I went through drive through placed my $45 order. The young lady took my order and said please pull around as it will take about 6 minutes….no problem pulled around front waited 14 more minutes in the front parking lot has she said they will bring my order out. Finally I said to my self something is wrong. When I went into the restaurant the workers were all standing around. I said what the hell is going on? All four workers were dumbfounded. Not sure what I was even talking about. Then the manager came out and she said oh I’m so sorry, They forgot to finish your order. Meanwhile, it looks like my order wasn’t even started …..waited 10 more minutes. Place is a joke never going back.

Tips at the drive through on a $5 order? The customer service person pushed the debit machine into my car door and shoved snow into my lap while saying “there’s a prompt you have to answer on the screen, hold it I’m freezing”, and they want a tip? Yelling at me over a prompt on the debit machine? I’ll skip KFC from now on, Mary Browns is better anyway

Everything was good except; (1) washroom was not clean..toilet was disgusting, so at was falling off. (2) counter for soft drinks was in need of cleaning..spilled pop made for sticky and gross counters. The staff was very helpful and courteous, made us feel very welcome.

I’ve made online order and picked it up about 7:30pm on 03/19/2023.When came home, I discovered that I'm missing 2 pieces of chicken!Absolutely 0/10 for this place!My recommendation - do not order there and always check you’re order before living!

Watch out for the cashier named Ronaldo i tried to pay with cash and card and buddy tried to pocket the $10 I gave him. After correcting him that he didn’t put my cash through he told me it went through after my card which is not how it works at all. I asked for my $10 back and he reset the till for the exact same total that is was when we had the $10.

They now wants tips before service at the drive-through window. Just had my last order here, it’s now on the list with Burger Barn, Dairy Queen, Subway. BK, McDonalds and Wendy’s don’t expect pre-tips at a drive-through.

My grandfather wanted me to post our horrible experience at this location. The workers were speaking in a different language (India somewhere) and making fun of my grandpa for wearing a scarf / how the scarf looked. My grandpa can understand their language and understood what they were saying. He confronted them and they apologized. They did continue to smile and laugh at him.
