Our first time eating in the restaurant. We went at lunchtime and were able to get a lunch special and sweet and sour wontons as an appetizer to split. Everything was hot and crispy.

oct 14 . called at 430 for delivery at seven. 5 items. 4 were correct and very good. The last item ordered was, in my words, "beef green peppers, onions, black bean sauce on some noodles". ordered arrived on time GOOD. 4 items were just as expected GOOD. "beef/peppers/onions on noodles" turned out to be "shrimp/pork/chicken/broccoli/carrots on noodles". ate the rest of the food while it was hot. tried a small portion of the shrimp dish....3 bites and no thanks. after eating called the store with my concerns speaking to the same voice that took my order at 430.. firstly there was some sound/language barrier. very hard to hear and understand. i was clear that the meal was nothing like what i ordered and asked for an "in store credit for next time". NOPE. i then asked them to remake what i ordered and have them exchange it. NOPE. was told to contact the manager on monday morning. I WILL TAKE TIME OUT OF MY BUSY DAY to return the unwanted item. I will give them a chance for a refund of my $25 in exchange for the food that their reception person CLEARLY got wrong. an easy mix up on her end turns into much more than it should be. hopefully management will resolve it easily..... in store credit/remake the meal or refund. MONDAY 12 o'clockMonday morning i was busy at work......too busy to worry about some chinese food.......no phone call from them trying to fix it.......i just won't go back.......they could have had 100$ a month every month for years.......shame that they don't try to resolve simple misunderstandings on their own staffs part.....that person on the phones and management are losing them selves thousands of dollars a year....

Do not charge for lo mein substitute on meals and only give noodles covered in soya sauce. Very disappointed as it was a lunch for my mom’s birthday.

We ordered Combo Meal with Choy Suey, Fried Rice and S&S Chicken Balls, another Combo Meal with Beef and Greens, Bon Bon Ribs and Fried Rice, an order of Vegetables Pad Thai and Mango Salad. The flavour of the Mango salad was okay, whatever dressing they had used was very watery, the Mango was good. The combo meals were okay, Bon Bon were battered, it seemed like there was plenty, but it didn't seem like you got a lot to eat off of them. Not much to the Pad Thai, mainly had carrot and celery, with bean sprouts, onion and Rice Noodles, the sauce didn't do it any favours or Flavours for that matter. Had to ask for crushed Peanuts and had no cilantro or lime wedge. Overall, the portion sizes were good, but the food was really lackluster and unsatisfying. They were friendly and more than willing to correct an error on the order.
