Pretty average inside as far as cleanliness. Service was not great, a lot of the machines were not in order; maybe 4 out of 12 actually worked. Filled a quarter cup up with yogurt and it was $9 CAD. Pretty ridiculous, and it was not a great flavour either. I do not think I will go back based on my experience.

Went here after seeing a Menchie's Thunder Bay facebook post advertising a BOGO froyo for national froyo day on Feb 6 2024. Come to find out it is no longer Menchie's, but now "tiny treats". All of the colouring, furniture etc is the same as before, just not Menchie's sign. They did not honour the BOGO deal. Kind of dirty inside and half the machines weren't working. Probably wouldn't go back.
