Great vibe and atmosphere, welcoming staff.I've tried a few different roasts; the Roastery still has to hone their skills to perfect the taste/roasts, but I very much enjoy trying them.

First time visit today. We tried two different roasts, both were great! I liked the chemex served with the mugs.Decor was beautiful.Unexpectedly chilly in there but could be an issue with the heating (temporary issue).IParking: Metered parking in a beautiful busy shopping district. The murals were absolutely gorgeous and really communicated the vibrancy or the area

I love coffee so it was a great treat to come in and try St. Paul's Roastery after hearing so many good things. Definitely lives up to the hype, recommend coming here for a taste of what the local coffee scene can offer ☕ The art was beautiful and my flat white was

I have to admit, it has been awhile since I stopped in for coffee as there are so many amazing, local coffee shops to support. With that said, the coffee here is always so deliciously rich and flavourful. I almost always just get a pour over because I want to enjoy the fullness of the bean without much fuss. But there are many options available from espresso or cortada to lattes. They offer dairy and plant based milk options as well as tea (limited). The atmosphere is open and welcoming, and the service is always friendly and helpful.Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy free milk options.Parking: Located on busy St Paul Street, parking can be sometimes difficult. The meter readers seem to patrol this street so make sure you pay for your parking or keep watch.

Simple menu, good coffee, and reasonable prices. Really enjoyed my pour over.
I had a strawberry croissant which was heavenly, and a latte. The whole bean coffee (Ethiopian yirgacheffe), made at home in a drip machine, was 5/5.

Cheap, GOOD coffee. They don't have any syrup flavors for their lattes. They offer alternative

Tried the cortado (w/ oat milk) and it was good not great. Perhaps the barista didn't pull their best shot but the drink had a more acidic profile to it and was not very smooth. I would definitely return, though. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff were pleasant.
I just like this place.
