“Went to the Caribou Restaurant & Wine Bar tonight to try their new midweek trattoria menu. It was well worth the trip. The flatbread was delicious, the ceasar salad was great as usual and our entrees were outstanding. When we arrived, I asked our server (Fabulous server) if I could have a little taste of the cheese sauce that was to be served with the gnocchi since the menu indicated there was Gorgonzola in it and I don't care for it. To my surprise he told me the dishes were made to order and I could order it without the Gorgonzola. I did just that and it was so good. The sauce was really delicious and the gnocchi was light and pillowy. We finished off with Nutella semifredo which we were really too full to eat. This price fixe menu was between $38 and $42 for full size four course servings (2 choices for salad and desert and Four choices for entree). Absolutely delicious and can't beat the price!“

“We were visiting from out of town and needed a restaurant for dinner. We could only get a reservation for 8:30pm on a Saturday. Wow. The food here is fantastic. Highly recommend the pan seared duck breast. Very delicious and filling. Servings are not small. Great to see downtown PA coming back to life again with many good and fun restaurants.“

The vanilla iced lattes were so good. I love it here and I was happy to show my staff how good it is too. We weren’t rushed, and even though it was busy it was quiet enough for our meeting.“
