EVERY time I go I'm waiting FAR too long to be served. Never enough people working on a Saturday. Many times I try but wait so long I leave without being served b/c I give up. Food is good but I can never count on going and actually leaving with food. And I just watched the employee put raw meat on the grill with gloves then stick those same gloves into the raw vegetables that go on the pitas. I left.

Place is filthy. Every table needed to be wiped. I wiped my own table with the baby wipes I had. The table was so dirty that it was sticky and regardless how much I scrubbed it my baby wipes kept coming up black. Thats just the table not to mention everything else I found filthy. My pita wasnt warmed up prior to it being opened which caused it to rip and creat a mess. I had to keep telling the girl to add more of what I asked for in toppings. The amount she was putting on was next to nothing.

always gone with no issue with getting extra cheese (no charge), last two times i was asked if i paid for extra cheese as if i knew i had to… if anyone has to pay there’s should be a sign that says you have to pay the extra 2$ for a sprinkle of cheese ? which sounds dumb

i ordered online in advance expecting to have it at least started by the time i got there, when I arrived through the doors the worker i believe named Jen came out and was finally just taking a look at the online order that i ordered previously and then called her other worker to come take our order even though that was not what we needed, we just came to pick up. then since that worker was making our order then instead of having it already started at least we asked for extra lettuce when she was assembling in which she replied in a rude tone “it’s a delivery order” and we nodded and told her yes, it was ours. I’m very disappointed that I ordered in advance only to show up without it being started or the order receipt even being taken off the machine to be at least looked at, I myself work in fast food and when there is a online order, or any costumers, we make it, we do not just stay in the back regardless if we are stocking or just in the back because, costumer service should come first. overall i am not happy and disappointed in the work ethic of your employees and costumer service.

Very understaffed! And the folks that work here don't know how to multi-task. Waited 35 minutes for my order when there were only 3 orders ahead of me.My advice: if there's no customers go in, but if there's even 2 people in line go somewhere else.Too bad though because the Pitas themselves are great!

I recently visited Pita Pit, and while the service was great overall, I must admit that I was a bit disappointed with the food. The lettuce in my order was brown and soggy, which took away from the freshness I was hoping for. Additionally, all three pitas I purchased had an unwanted bold taste that did not appeal to my palate. To add to the disappointment, my order was missing the pop that I had requested.Although the service was excellent, it's important to note that the quality of the ingredients and flavors did not meet my expectations. The lack of crunch in the lettuce and the unappealing taste of the pitas made for a less satisfying experience. Furthermore, the missing pop added to the overall disappointment of my visit.While my personal experience may not have been ideal, it's worth mentioning that tastes can vary, and others may have had a different experience at Pita Pit. I would suggest trying it out for yourself to see if it aligns with your preferences. Disgusting staff with a disgusting attitude. Wouldn’t recommend anybody eat here ? from staff not taking off his gloves when he took our order to then only taking off one glove to count change, and then giving me the MOST attitude when I asked him to change gloves before handling our food. This is basic food handling practices. Washing your hands and changing gloves should be second nature if trained well…
