Does not even deserves 1star and no wonder why they have so low ratings on Google. Horrible customer service and after calling location to let their mistake know manager does not even bothered to ask what happened and start talking rudely and said they does not care at all. Poor customer service and good luck to location if they’re gonna last long with this kind of service and staff.Placed an online order for footlong and that’s how we received our subs.

Visited the other day with a friend, sub was good but I observed the sandwich artist handle multiple meats then the current customers card for assistance with gloved hands and operate the POS system and touch multiple high touch areas then proceeded to start my sub with the same hands, I politely asked the sandwich artist to change his gloves and he got upset with me and tried to argue against changing his gloves and seemed upset at the request, after over a minute of discussing the situation he rudely said "would you like me to wash my hands to" even my friend with me thought it was incredibly rude, but he did change his gloves. Obviously safe food handling has not been established at this location and I will be in contact with the local health safety branch for investigation. This is how people get sick.

Staff does not wash their hands after touching pay point and will mock you when you ask, if corporate pulls the camera footage from today at 1:30 pm you will see them tossing new green peppers on top of old green peppersAs a former subway employee myself I was horrified to see such lack of care for sanitary process,They do not flip their bins correctly, staff was rude and this is a breeding ground for food born illness’s

I ordered subs for my daughter and I. When I got home and saw what I had gotten, I thought I was given the wrong sub. Nope,apparently they don't put anything on them anymore. Barely any toppings, mostly bread. Very disappointing, used to be a good place to go.

The worst experience I’ve had with this location. The guy who was making sub for me was totally rude and haven’t got any interest to make one for myself. Literally, I had to tell him multiple times to do the toppings nicely and so and so. I’ve been coming here for many times and the 2 girls were nice but this one guy makes a totally opposite impression and made myself hesitant to be here anymore.

Today I got a sub here. And I have gotten sub from here once and the experience was amazing. The second time I’m here. The person who was doing my sub was amazing and nice but there was a lady and one other guy idk if she was supervising or something. But she was yelling at a trainee for doing something wrong and made me uncomfortable and there was another costumer as well as not just me hearing this and I was so close to saying something because it’s not right to yell at a trainee. He is learning. He is going make mistakes.

Went in for my birthday. My mom order my sub- she tried to order hers.They are making the wrong sub- she is trying to ask questions because it was the wrong size- the wrong chicken. The person making the sun wouldn’t answer her- she was upset because nobody me was listening but she was not mean.The manager then threw my sub on the back counter and told my mom that she better be careful.I don’t know why he was so mean To my mom- it felt like he threatened her - even though his threat meant we cannot buy subs today - how silly.I wanted gift cards for my birthday- but I do not feel comfortable to go back to that store.

For the first time I was disappointed in a subway. First server was too busy talking to a co-worker to pay attention to my order and then when I asked for a lot of jalapeños was told they would have to charge me extra. From when I worked at a subway to my daughter now working at one I have never heard of such a thing. Definitely never going back there.
