Ordering through the drive-through is frustrating as oftentimes someone whose first language isn't English will be taking your order.Understanding and being understood is a challenge. I often get to the window, I repeat my order, ensure it is correct,I ask the employee at the window to confirm this is my order, they look at their screen and say yes.
