June 26, 2018 at approx 11:45 a.m I enjoy visiting most Tim Hortons except this establishment. This establishment has no sitting area cause it's a drive-thru & walk-in. Therefore, most customers order beverages and food to their preference by drive-thru. Hence, customer pay for its order and service at their liking. Instead, this establishment prefer serving to choice and conveniences of staff with limitation and preferences. For instance, a friend orders a bagel with peanut butter. Also, request the item topping (peanut butter) readily on the pastry. Though, worker refuse the choice of order cause a staff member claims of allergy. So now, lets review this matter... in question, "what about the peanut oil in butter, or muffins with nuts or donut toppings with contained nuts, etc". So management, a suggestion with safety solution is accommodate the worker by transferring to alternative position. This resolves customer satisfaction and prevent all risk of hazards with safety controls in place for employee. Unfortunate, many customers order food to their preferred liking. Now, your customers require to avoid ordering a ready peanut contain products to prevent risk of illness claimed by staff..so this & other customer choose to avoid the establishment as alternative solution.

I know that you have close this location at 10:00 pm would be nice if you could close at 10:30 pm we usually get our coffee here before going to work ,the other location are to far Thank you Gerry
