“My husband and I live in Brampton Ontario, and he discovered the gem of a restaurant while working up north. He and his crew would experience eating at all of local restaurants. When he came home after our first week of work he couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was there and that when the job was finished, he and I would have to go and eat there together. This was 15 years ago. He retired 10 years ago and we have continued to go up there once or twice every year since. The Hawgs Breath Saloon Restaurant is a must place to eat.”

“Horrible, horrible customer service made worse by a terribly disrespectful manager. Ordered 4 of the new pastries online 15 minutes before pickup only to be told when I showed up that I would have to wait "17" minutes. When I explained I couldn't wait and wanted a refund, I was told that I couldn't get a refund. When I explained that was unacceptable, she basically told me "tough luck" with an attitude. I didn't want to lose $15 so I waited. When I showed up a the drive thru window again, she told me that I would have to wait at least another 10 minutes. When I asked to be comped a box of Tim Bits for an unacceptable wait she said I was being rude. What a joke coming from the one that was totally disrespectful to me. Corporate will be contacted as this is so totally unacceptable. This franchisee needs to know that such a rude employee/manager has no place in a customer service position.”
