Excellent dining experience. What a captivating view of Toronto Skyline in a full swing. Thanks for making my birthday celebration a memorable one.

The experience is worth the splendid view and the particularity of the revolving room. The view is truly spectacular, especially at sunset and in the dark when the lights of the skyscrapers come on and you perceive the grandeur of the beautiful city that is Toronto. The service is good. I cannot comment with the same enthusiasm on the food which is not very elaborate and the portions are very small for the price paid ($230 for two, for two paltry starters, two small second courses without even bread, and two cans of beer). But on the other hand, the experience of seeing Toronto from above while having dinner is truly unique!

Our overall experience at the CN Tower and 360 Restaurant was amazing. We visited in late April, so the crowds and lines were not too long. Arrived at our dinner reservation 15 minutes early and the 360 staff warmly greeted us and took us to our table early. That was a pleasant surprise. Both the hostess and our waiter were very friendly and attentive throughout the entire dinner. The food was good. But of course, the star of the show...THE VIEW!! Wow! We had a window side table and the sunset view of Toronto was beautiful. Highly recommend this place, if for nothing else, the amazing view and experience.

It’s the CN Tower - all about the experience. That said, I am more of a common man, so the food was far too fancy for my taste. Wish they’d add some “normal” food for those who don’t want a James Beard googling experience of the menu. Can’t beat the view, atmosphere, or experience.

"I had reserved a table at 360, the restaurant at the CN Tower, for my birthday celebration. I specifically requested seating next to the window, even noting this in my reservation. However, upon arrival, I was informed that seating preferences were not guaranteed. This was disappointing, as I believe customers should have the option to choose their seating. When I raised my concerns to the manager, named Arezoo, I found her demeanor to be unprofessional and rude. Despite my expectations for a higher level of service, given the reputation of the CN Tower, her response was less than satisfactory. It's unfortunate that the experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the premium pricing associated with dining at this establishment. In the future, I would advise exploring other dining options in Toronto that may offer a more professional and accommodating experience."

Introduction:My recent visit to the CN Tower Restaurant was marred by abysmal customer service, largely due to the behavior of the manager, Arezoo. Despite booking special seating a month in advance, our reservation was completely disregarded upon arrival, leading to a frustrating and disappointing dining experience.Reservation Experience:Our meticulously planned reservation, made well in advance, was treated with utter disregard upon our arrival. It became evident that our request for special seating had been overlooked, setting a negative tone for the evening from the outset.Customer Service Interaction:The pinnacle of our disappointment was the encounter with the manager, Arezoo. Her dismissive attitude and outright refusal to accommodate our reservation were shocking. Instead of addressing our concerns with professionalism and empathy, Arezoo displayed arrogance and a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction.Seating Arrangement:Arezoo's decision to seat us at separate tables, despite our clear preference for special seating, was not only disrespectful but also disruptive to the ambiance of our dining experience. The disregard for our reservation further exacerbated our disappointment and frustration. Conclusion:Our experience at the CN Tower Restaurant was marred by abysmal customer service, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Arezoo. Her arrogance and refusal to accommodate our reservation left us feeling undervalued and disrespected as customers. Improvement in staff training and a fundamental shift in management approach are imperative to prevent similar incidents in the future and ensure a more positive dining experience for patrons.

Food was “ok”, view was great but what made our experience horrible was the server assigned to us named Subal. He was rude and condescending most of the time. Even with simple requests such as asking for spoons, he would give rude remarks to us. Half of the time he was rude, the other half he would ignore us. Bad service ruined the experience for us.

Service is okay, it took quite a while for the server to come with water and even then he wasn’t very pleasant. Food is average, i think i was expecting something a bit more exciting, but nonetheless it was still good and we finished our food. the view and experience is what makes it worth it for sure! To note: they do offer halal which is quite nice!

The server named Subal was condescending and rude. He denied us of simple requests such as asking for extra spoons and he would snark up condescending comments. He was also rude when serving and getting utensils during course changes. Food was alright, although portions were smaller than they were the last time we came in 2022

Went here for a friends 30th birthday dinner I ordered three courses prefix menu. Unfortunately, my server did not remember my dessert, but it’s OK. I was far too full after the appetizer and entrée. I ordered the beef cheek app and chicken. For the price you’re paying I would’ve expected better presentation. The beef cheek came with the sauce spilled over the side. I had the sherry bomb cocktail. It was very spiced and had a strong alcohol aftertaste not my cup of tea. The atmosphere was great looking at the view of the city at night. It does make you dizzy though.

The atmosphere was amazing. The customer service was not great. The food was garbage. The sweet potato fries was too salty. No salt should be added to sweet potato fries. It should be optional. I could not find anything on the menu that did not have something I was allergic to and the server refused to accommodate my request to adjust my order. I wanted tomato, cucumber and lettuce for my salad because the other options on the menu had something I can’t eat. My request was not accommodated. I ordered shrimp, this was not cooked at all.

This was a wonderful experience, the food and service was outstanding. We chose the Indigenous menu which was excellent and a great way to experience new menu options. Seeing the skyline and surrounding areas on a bright sunshine day made it all the more memorable.

The restaurant’s views are exceptional and that's all I have to say. The food and staff were wonderful but the only reason you should come to the restaurant is the view. That being said, I'm extremely disappointed with my time here.I had booked a reservation a month in advance and was shocked to find out that I was not guaranteed a window seat upon arrival. You are not given a choice of preference on their website or even a warning that this was a possibility. It seems like their booking system is random. I was so excited to be seated and then immediately crushed when I saw where we were headed. Instead of being right at the window and being able to look down at the view, MY view was staring at the back of a family's head as they looked out the window. I saw an empty window seat and I asked to be moved there. I was told that was being held for someone. I was also told if I wanted to wait for the window seat I would have to give up my table and wait for one. When the next window seat table was seated, I was shocked to find out it was the family I had been talking to just a few min earlier on the elevator. This other family told me they had a reservation for the SAME time as I did but only made it a week ago! How could this be that I made a reservation much much earlier than they did, had the same time slot, but I was not given the better seat. It is randomly seated. They just lucked out and I was unlucky that day.I tried to get over it, because of course it was still beautiful and I did not want to ruin my own time. I'm not over it and will not get over it. I only went there for the view. If you want a fancy meal you can go anywhere. It's the view/experience that is what this restaurant offers. The most infuriating was the price. The price is the same no matter where you are seated. I'll say that again, the price of the experience is the SAME for ****clearly not the same experience. I stared at the back of someone's head the whole time and couldn't get the pictures I wanted but I paid the same as the guy whose head I stared at the whole time. What a disappointment. Your call, you might get lucky just strolling in at the right time. Extra planning on your part is completely a waste of time.
