Waiter lacked maturity in the way he handled the bill and addressing his concerns around the tip. Seems like the bar is not paying its staff adequately. He was rude. And you will not find me going there again. Not the environment to have a good time. He even complained for someone on our table who changed their drink to a lower cost drink.Management please address your issues.

Don't come on a heavy stomach unless you're stretchy pants or willing to treat yourself. The food is tasty and unique pair with its bold flavor. It does get busy fast so arrive early if you have a big party otherwise you'll have to sit at the bar. ( perfect place for a date spot).

Reading some of the reviews here its like I went to a different place. The service was professional and prompt. The food was excellent. The brulee torchon was stellar. The portions are small but considering the quality they are well priced. If you are looking for linen tablecloths and plush chairs, go elsewhere. A bustling bar with a few choice snacks? This is the place. Would definitely return.Edit: Went a second time. The place was once again packed. The server was a little condecending. We ordered small plates and a bottle of wine. We were at the end of the wine and still hadnt received out last plate. When we inquired about it we got an unfriendly smile and "quality DOES take time". It came soon after and was as delicious as the rest of the food we got.I am thinking that this is the issue that some of the reviewers here have with the place. It would not stop us returning, but if it happened every time, we would rethink our choices.

Sitting at the bar, you can just watch the meal preparation process, which is a bit... hard to say.

came with a friend for a quick bite- price point not bad and drinks are also not bad. Food wasn’t too impressive though and I found it very hard to get a hold of any servers.

They don’t split bills. Disappointed. It’s not difficult, just a headache for customers which could be simply avoided by a simple care from the bar.

The vibe was really nice and chic, but the food and the service were actually terrible. The food did not look like the pictures and the taste was off by a lot; tar tar was missing ingredients and not fresh, did not look appealing at all either & Korean fried chicken had too much ginger that wasn’t even cooked through, it was overpowering the entire dish. Their wine glasses were dirty and they had bugs under the table. The waiter was rude and hasty, she even tried to sneak in extra things on our bill, we didn’t even notice until the next day that we were overcharged, trying to figure that out. Who knows if they’ll even own up to this.WOULD NEVER GO BACK, this place is overhyped and less than mid. It’s ONE OF THE WORST bars I’ve been to in Toronto.
