Their chestnut cake slice is dry like hell, it’s definitely not freshly baked within the same day cuz I got experience in bakery and their price just totally not match with their

Full cakes are pretty expensive but that seems to be the going rate in this area.Tried the Chinese new years cheesecake. Cake itself was pretty good, with it not being nearly as dense or rich as a New York style cheesecake. There’s a lot of stuff they decorate it with on top that aren’t edible, so it’s a little over the top for what’s a basic cheesecake with fruit topping and cream.

I got the Lunar New Year cake. this was adorable and I really enjoyed customizing the fillings and flavour. the cake was so creatively designed and so cute, perfect for the theme and I loved the usage of juicy fruit in the filling. I ordered blueberry filling and the blueberries were super juicy and tasty.

It's really not okay to buy a cake and not get any utensils, plus they charge extra for it. Their attitude is also really bad, and they won't even honor an expired promotion. If they can't afford to keep the promotion going, they shouldn't offer it. When I asked if delivery was an option, they told me the promotion had already ended. It's just like how they told me the last time I was there.

Overpriced. Their cake portions got smaller over the year and their sticky rice is not well layered. Do not recommend spending money here.

Bought a 40$+ cake. Less than 10m from the the store the handle breaks and I was holding it normally and walking. I go back to the store and they said they can’t do anything as I had already left the store. Box quality is terrible, would highly recommend higher quality boxes. Was not compensated or given a replacement cake.

I'm a regular customer and a big fan of their mochi boxes. The pastries on the shelves are pretty great too though my favourites are often sold out early-mid afternoon. Haven't had their cakes yet and hope to try that in the future.

3.5 Maybe I misunderstood the product, but their "box cakes" don't have any actual cake (ie. sponge/flour) in them, it's just cream and the fillings. Still okay in taste, but I wanted cake

I don’t know what the low rating it for. I ordered the Hawaii cake a day in advance, so firstly accommodating that request. The ordering process was very smooth. Then I got the cake the next day on time. The cake was fresh, bursting with flavor and the sweetness was mild and just enough to highlight the mango and not overpowering. The cream of the cake is also uniques- more of like the cheesefoam topping in bubble tea-amazing light fluffy and mildly sweet. The cake was soft and moist- coconut was mainly lifting the mango. The rice pudding at the bottom layer was also great- again very slightly sweet and balancing the fruits. I would love to try their other cakes soon!

Shucakes ice cream is probably one of our new favourites in the city. With a variety of flavours that you probably can't get anywhere else, the Thai tea one is probably the one that I'd recommend to anyone looking for an ice cream with deep flavours and you wouldn't regret getting more than one scoop of.

Ordered a birthday cake online and it did not disappoint! The cake is called "Chantlli"- the cream is so light yet has this fresh, rosy taste. It's subtly sweet, exactly the kind of dessert I've been searching for! They've got a great selection of sliced cakes and bread too. My only suggestion would be a re-do of the entrance for easier navigation, but other than that, no complaints here!

The bread has a hard texture and hard to chew and taste like chemical or paint. Not tipical asian bread, Probably old bread still on the distal

Ordered a birthday cake on here pretty easily through their website. Got the Ovaltine cake because I thought all the toppings would be interesting. I do wish their website had more descriptions - I still don't know what all the toppings were even after eating them. Customer service was good. Was late picking up the cake by an hour. I called in to let them know and they were fine with it. No issues picking it up. The cake itself was good. Pretty light and not too sweet. I did like how they put the sweetness level on their website. I wish there was and higher cake vs cream ratio though. They also put something that was like cheerios inside the cake. I thought they could've put something else to go more with the Ovaltine flavour. It was decent for the price. I wasn't exactly wowed by it, but I would give it another try for other flavours.

Cozy bakery. I mainly keep coming back for the mango trifle and the strawberry one too.

The meat floss buns here are the signature item IMPO. Generous shreds of delectable floss coated the huge buns. The sizes of all their buns are huge. I cut them into thirds, shared, and still have leftovers for tomorrow. The butter bun had the perfect texture, the custard bun was generously filled with a not-too-sweet custard. The coconut filling in the coconut bun was ok, but a tad salty. I bought a small melon "boxed cake". These are available with mango, strawberry or melon (fresh fruit) abed a sponge, covered with dollops of cream. It had potential but was disappointing as the melon did not taste as fresh as I like; mango would have been a better choice. The fruit situation lowers this review to a 3 star. The staff/owners are extremely polite, the store is spotless. I've passed by here a million times and went in today for the first time.
