It was an awful experience. My boyfriend and I went on May 9 10:40ish in the evening. The guy who served me was very rude and was giving me attitude. Not sure why he was angry and was even yelling at us. We just responded politely. I understand that it's almost end of the day and everyone is tired, but you still have to be professional. The funny thing is he was nice to other customers which gave me the impression I was being racially profiled as I didn't do or say anything bad. I normally don't give bad reviews as I understand how this can affect businesses, but that kind of treatment from your staff shouldn't be tolerated.

This location is a nightmare, I went to use a coupon they had given me recently and they messed up putting the coupon in terribly, I was called back to the counter so they could make a correction which I was happy enough to do for them, they had me pay for the order again and then they were supposed to refund me the money I paid for the first order, their POS system wouldn't let them refund me the money on debt and all in all I wasted an hour of my life for luke warm burgers and extra charge on my debt card and our night was ruined.
I only come here late at night, closer to midnight to pickup a Papa Burger, I mean 2, why pickup one when you can have two for twice the price! The burgers are excellent, every, single, time. I noticed the mobile ordering kiosks were offline, but the service is always good, their team works efficiently.Parking: Park on Holly St.

Fully found mold on my breakfast sandwich this morning. Aside from the service being quite rude, a cashier begrudgingly took part of our order and then barked at a coworker to finish it, this is just so nasty. No wonder this place is tanking, aside from the construction.
