And ther is a Male Staff saying bad words towards me in his first language not English.When I ask who will deal with my refund issue, he just rejects to answer my question, he can only say “calm down”. If I don’t higher my voice, no one even notice I am still waiting someone come over to me to resolve or explain this issue. Yet no one come to tell me what’s going on what is the next step, and that male staff just say my manager is off work today. At least you can tell me a solution and let me go without eating in store right??Ridiculous! The cashier doesn’t know how to provide refund receipts to me, but instead seems to charged me twice with two exactly same receipts with positive dollar on them!! I tried to explain to them and show it charged twice on my bank Mastercard!I asked refund is because that same male guy give me uncle burger with name wrong written on the bag, but That’s not me and not what I ordered! But that male stuff just keep saying it’s Teen burger while the burger bag is uncle! They are totally wasting my an hour time! Do not ever come to this place!! Not only me have this issue, this is another customer also blaming in store for that same guy and asking refund.You really should train your staff before they go to work. Be responsible to your work and customers. In the end, as no one come to me, I had to call my Mastercard to learn about what’s going on. But the AW staff SHOULD know how to properly give refund and refund receipt and explain to me. Anyway, I am disappointed by this AW store.

After a looooong walk, we meet here for a quick meal. I'm surprised, the ordering and waiting area is as big, if not larger, than the dining room area! I understand that you don't come here to relax. Otherwise, everything is perfect, the cooks and the clerk are extremely efficient!

The burger was fine, but the speed really impressed me. The place was packed, around 15 to 20 people waiting to order or for their food. I ordered on the app, so I know I got my food in 4 mins.
