I've ordered delivery 3 times in the past 4 weeks because Eva gives the best customer service and most of all makes the best salads I've ever had, very tasty combinations and so fresh and filling! Her salad dressings especially the Caesar is sooo delicious. I can't recommend this salads enough. Try the Super and Keto salads and you won't regret it!

I've been a customer for the past year and I'm always greeted warmly by Eva and Jacky - they have a passion for serving up the freshest and tastiest food and it shows! My favourites are the Keto Steak Salad (pictured here all tossed up) and the Keto Chicken Avocado Salad. Their smoothies are also delicious (the Mango Yogurt one pictured here has a nice touch of cinnamon!). 5 stars all around and will keep coming back!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options on their menu!Dietary restrictions: They have delicious keto options (Keto Steak Salad, Keto Chicken Avocado Salad)

We kicked off our dining experience with the delightful Tom Yum noodle soup, a perfect fusion of savory goodness and just the right hint of spice. The Chicken Maple Fest salad that followed was an absolute delight, undoubtedly one of the most delicious salads I've ever savored. The authentic and caring customer service added the perfect finishing touch to our healthy lunch. This place truly stands out!

I am lying here at St. Michaels Hospital. My wife and daughter who are staying in Toronto close by went yesterday to see if they can find a place with some good food to substitute the hospital cuisine. They brought me back some Tom Yum soup . Wow is all I can say. My family told me about the incredible service and friendly staff. Today they went again and brought me back a small Tom Yum Soup and a super salad wrap. I had the soup earlier and saved the wrap. I just woke up and despite the somewhat intimidating size of the wrap started eating it. What happened in my mouth in terms of flavour and taste is hard to describe. I ate the whole thing because I could not stop. This by far the best wrap I have ever eaten and is quite possibly the best wrap on earth. What the Antibiotics and excellent care I receive at St.Mikes can’t do this wrap will do. I can’t wait to get heal and meet the owners myself. God this wrap made me emotional. Thank you super salad

I stumbled upon this place while looking for a healthy lunch option. I ordered the Rocket Bowl and it was fresh, tasty and reasonably portioned. I was so full and couldn't finish it! For $13, this is a great price for a salad. The next time I returned I got the Buddha bowl! Although I loved it, the peanut sauce was a bit too heavy for me and would prefer it on the side. The service was friendly and courteous . Each time I went, they prepared the salad fairly quickly and I don't have to wait too long. It's more so take out spot than a dine in restaurant. They do have an area with a few tables if you want to eat! Overall, a clean and welcoming environment. Tip: if you visit often, they have a stamp card and if you order 10, you get a free salad bowl!
