We definitely enjoyed our meal at August 8. The food was aesthetically pleasing, tasty, and properly prepared.I rated the service only 4 out of 5 stars because our table was often overlooked, and we didn't receive all of our first order until we had asked three different servers (20 minutes after the first part of our order was delivered to the table) if it had been forgotten. They also only give you 90 minutes to eat lunch, 90 minutes goes very quickly, especially because they control the time in which they bring out your meals. Therefore you're not getting quite the value of your money, and feel as though you have to dine quickly.The restaurant is very clean, as are the washrooms (in my experience, this is usually Telltale sign whether or not the kitchen would be clean!)There are tons of food options, and from what I saw on our plates, as well as other tables the food comes out fresh.I would definitely recommend this restaurant.Ps, don't let your eyes be too big for your belly. If you don't finish the food on your plate, they will charge you extra for it. Drinks are also an additional cost to the "all you can eat" mealWheelchair accessibility: I don't imagine this restaurant would be wheelchair accessible as the only bathrooms that I saw were in the basement. Otherwise, a wheelchair could come in to the restaurant, but the area is tight with tables.
Love the sushi here! Lots of food options & Chris was a very helpful and great server. Dessert is also great! Highly recommend.

Good food good service, my only complaint I went with a party of 15 and the tables were very small to fit everything, I felt like I had to put somethings on the floor. Bigger tables for bigger parties

Wanted to go to a different AYCE sushi spot, so we tried August 8 for the first time! The service was great, and it was a short waiting time for the food! I highly recommend the assorted tempura, fried squid, popcorn chicken, chicken feet, and the seafood tacos! Wasn't a huge fan of the sushi, but overall the food was pretty good! Restaurant was smaller than some other restaurants, but the ambiance was nice and they played great music too! (RATING: 3.5/5)

Staff were very nice and accommodating for our large group. Options for sushi and dim sum are good and tasty. You will need to reserve a table if you have a large group, there's a 90 minute seating time, and tip is automatically included if you have more than 6 people.
