The most racist restaurant, my boyfriend and I had a reservation on Valentines and when we got there, we sat for more than 20 mins without a server. We were seated in the middle of the restaurant and when we tried to stop one of the servers, he said he would be back and never did. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until we saw them server the white couple that came way later than us. Even when we stood up and left, no one tried to talk to us. I saw that a lot of them were free so it wasn’t about how busy the night was. So this is not a black friendly place.

Very attentive service but food was average for this price point and although a very impressive ceiling the walls could use a good scrub. Filet was nicely seasoned and clearly quality cut with nice sides. Pasta didn't taste freshly made which is a disappointment.

Visited Biagio during their Winterlicious and had a great time. Tony was an amazing server and made our time here incredibly memorable. At first, we were kind of thrown off at all the lights being on (we just weren’t used to dining at restaurants with bright lighting lol). But they took our coats, took our orders promptly and food came out shortly after. The food was warm and cooked very well. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone wanting to give it a try.Thank you so much Tony and his “side kick” for making our birthday dinner celebration an evening to remember!❤️

Solo dinning this time and the restaurant made me felt at ease. This is a classic and elegant Italian restaurant where the staff pay attention to details to the food and diners. Waiters are friendly and objective when making conversation with if diners like to. Exquisite interior decor. Lentil soup is marvelous while Arctic char seared and steamed to perfection. Will return with friends and family.

I like to find a local eatery as I don't cook and like to eat a small dinner and have some wine after work nightly. This is across the street. I'm a single woman and usually eat on my own. Came with a colleague once..all was good. Tonight on my own ? Not so much. Sat done wanted to order half bottle...before i could finish my question about a wine..."I'll bring you a good one". Tried to ask a question."I'll bring you a good one". May I at least taste it I ask? No we don't do that. Ok. Brings a single glass. Wine was a Chianti and fine. I order Good minestrone and carpaccio I try to ask for a second glass of wine...he will not stop and listen to me. Grabs the glass and just walks off He was very attentive to a couple by me and a table of men..... Treated so shabbily. I certainly won't ever go back. I would advise everyone against it going forward Bummer. The wine at Lima Charlie is just as good. Half the price....Friendly service and right down the street. Having my second glass of wine here! It's a pub. But who needs white table cloth to be treated like a second class citizen Spend money somewhere else

We haven't been here in years and made a reservation for a party of four as friends were visiting from out of town and time was limited. We used to enjoy their desserts and had fond dinner memories. An older staff member chastised us for just ordering desserts without telling them first. I was floored by this reaction because the rude attitude was uncalled for. They said they gave us the best table and it wasn't nice of us to not order a meal. The place wasn't full and we offered to move. We spent $106 (not including tips) and didn't sit for very long. Please be nice to all your customers, that's how you keep them. Thank you to the server who did treat us nicely.

Nice Italian hotel to try out few Italian dishes. Went on Christmas party lunch with our office colleagues, so had a fixed menu.
Loved the food. Excellent taste.Service could be more accommodating to all ethnicities. Not everyone is born in Italy or Europe. We don’t know local customs there.

Food was excellent and wine top notch. Attentive service, Mr. Biagio and his team couldn't be more hospitable. Tasted the osso buco and the rack of lamp and both were well cooked and tasty. Chocolate mousse was the right touch to finish the meal, though my companions loved their tiramisu as well. The place has old school charm, and if that's what you are looking for, this is the place for you.

Biagio was fantastic in every aspect. The food was just phenomenal. I especially liked the tiramisu. I was there with a private party, so obviously the atmosphere was great for me. But the overall service and ambiance of the restaurant was certainly in it’s on class.

Dinner for 2 on a monday. Place was largely empty but our waiter made up for the lack of ambiance. The food very good and wine matching perfect.
