I'm surprised this spot doesn't have at least 4.4 stars. I admit the price is a slighly steeper than other Viet joints, but it also offers a cleaner, more intentional execution. Young crew, curated menu, good vibes, it's a modern take on a classic. If you're ever around and have a 25 min on your hand, I'd highly recommend you take the time to stop and go in. I know I'll be back to complete the menu. It might become my go to post-movie snack.

Ordered the Pho Tai for delivery. The beef and noodles were great, but the broth was so salty it was inedible. It tasted like straight soy sauce.

The servers here are so kind and give great recommendations. The drinks are pretty solid, especially the Master Rangs secret drink. If you like sweet cocktails you'll love this. The decor and music is nice too. My main gripe is the food. While not bad at all, it's not amazing. The chicken wings are a little too sticky sweet and the pho is okay. There is better nearby.

Like sitting in a love letter to Vietnam. Loved the pho and Bahn mi, both with brisket.

Chef Rang. The legend lives on.This restaurant is exactly what I want and need. Pho, Banh Mi, wings, spring rolls and viet coffee. Honestly, can’t ask for much more.Combo was around $22 for half banh mi and full bowl of pho. Was filling and very tasty.More expensive than your typical viet restaurant, but it’s quality.Wish they had lunch specials that were more affordable. Will be back again, to try their fried chicken special that wasn’t available.

A Culinary Gem in Downtown Toronto with Exceptional ServiceFrom the moment we stepped into Cà Phê Rang, nestled at the vibrant corner of Richmond and Spadina, we knew we were in for a treat. This Vietnamese restaurant not only captivates with its authentic and delectable dishes but also with the warmth and excellence in service, especially from an extraordinary by the asian young lady who served us.Her attentive, friendly, and efficient service truly set our dining experience apart. She had an exceptional knowledge of the menu, offering personalized recommendations that catered perfectly to our taste preferences and dietary restrictions. Her passion for the cuisine and eagerness to share it with guests shone through, making us feel welcomed and valued. The dishes we tried were nothing short of spectacular, each a testament to the authentic Vietnamese flavors and culinary craftsmanship. However, it was the personal touch and genuine care from our server that elevated our meal into a memorable dining experience. Her attentiveness ensured that our glasses were never empty, our table was always neat, and our needs were promptly met with a smile.Cà Phê Rang is a must-visit for anyone looking to explore the rich flavors of Vietnam right in the heart of Toronto. It's not just the food but the extraordinary service that will have us coming back. A special shoutout to the amazing young lady who made our evening unforgettable. Her dedication and professionalism are what hospitality is all about.Thank you, Cà Phê Rang, for a wonderful experience. We look forward to our next visit!

I love how simple the menu is. Its great they have a combo where you can try the pho and either banh mi or spring rolls. The pho was great. The soup tasted clean, not too salty like other places. The banh mi could be a bit better. Its missing the pate spread which i love. My friend got the Vietnamese coffee that I tried a bit. Tasted really good. She said the spring rolls were super good too.

Cà Phê Rang ?? I love it here so much ♥️ The moment you step in, my eyes just swoon. You get such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are amazing and you can feel the passion in the kitchen. My favourite dishes to get are the pho, the banh mi and I pop in and take the iced coffees to go all the time ?❤️? the perfect blend of coffee and condensed milk, truly! Great spot for sure!!

The chicken wings hold this place together tbh. We ordered 2 chicken Bahn mi's and honestly was super bland especially for the price. I used to love this place but the quality has clearly gone downhill unfortunately.

This pho spot stands out not just for the depth of its broth, but also for the bold punch it packs. The broth, rich in aroma yet simple, stole my heart. The toppings are a noticeable delight, enhancing every bite. While the prices, especially for the Banh Mi sandwiches, may seem a bit steep, the generous portions make it all worthwhile. A must-try for anyone craving authentic flavors.
