Bodega Henriette is a great spot, and they've adjusted to the pandemic very well after a period of closure. Delicious, freshly made sandwiches and wraps and an excellent array of hot and cold drinks to takeout; and also some great frozen treats to take home too. I'm looking forward to when all this is over so I can go and enjoy a proper dine-in meal with them again.

This is my new favourite spot. Super vibey and a gem on King St. E. There are about 4 coffee shops that I go to in the neighbourhood and I order the same thing. A dirty chai oat latte, extra hot. They make sure it's actually hot! THANK YOU. #1 on my list.I also appreciate the warm welcome from their team (Thanks Amelia!) Absolute bonus: their cups are compostable. Win Win.

I am asking the staff kindly to assist with respect instead of attacking people with no reasons. I am not going to this restaurant again and asking everyone to write their comments when they have terrible experience like mine.

It's small, it's local, it's great

Now converted to a coffee shop and commissary with homemade pastries baked in their own kitchen, unique wines by the bottle, and groceries including soups, salads, pastas and frozen croissants - this local is definitely a keeper. I stopped for coffee and keep coming back for the good food and great staff.

This place is my new favourite restaurant on King East! I came here for a celebration dinner and had a fantastic time. The buffalo wings are to DIE FOR. The duck pasta was also rich and decadent. All their meat dishes are executed to perfection. The only thing that we didn't enjoy as much was the bone marrow dish. Prices are a steal for the portions and quality you get! The ambiance is also cosy and trendy. I will be back frequently for the buffalo wings, I dream about them sometimes.

Absolutely recommend this restaurant for anyone in Toronto looking for great food, nice portions, and a relaxed atmosphere. The food was tasty and was a great deal for the price. The one thing they can improve on is the service when it is busy but it was an amazing experience and deserves multiple visits.

One of the best breakfast burger in town! And the savoury pancake is both unexpected and delightful

Bodega Henrietta King did a great job at renovating the space from the Pacific Junction Hotel. They changed the space from an odd and maze-like layout, to open, clean and trendy.

Let me start by saying that this place is beautifully decorated and has a cool oldschool vibe and a diverse crowd. I came here on a Sunday afternoon with a friend and we tried to grab a table upstairs but they were quite busy so we got seated by the windows. My friend who is a regular here recommended their smoked salmon dishes because the salmon is made in-house and they are very generous with the portions. I ended up ordering the smoked salmon eggs benny and was not disappointed. What was surprising was how good their roast potatoes were. I normally don't rave about potatoes from a brunch place but damn these were so flavourful and soft on the inside! Their smoked salmon was also very delicious, not too salty, and came in nice thick slices (almost like a salmon sashimi) rather than the tiny thin ones you normally get. My only complaint for this place was that the service was terribly slow - we waited almost an hour for the food to arrive. My friend said that this was the busiest she's ever seen them so maybe that was why. They did appear to be a bit understaffed for the crowd that day.

Hopefully we caught them on a bad night. Friday, 8:30. Showed up early for our 9:00 reservations. Waited at the bar. Excellent drinks! All downhill from there. Ordered from Winterlicious menu but they were out of the beef cheeks. We settled for the smoked salmon polenta and ordered the chicken from the regular menu. Very disappointed both in the service and in the food. We waited more than 30 minutes between appetizers, mains and dessert even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The food left one wanting more... from another restaurant. Will not be back.
