Not the freshest, I find it pretty mid. I’ve only ordered on Uber eats though so maybe in person is better!

Today, 03/29/2024, I visited the Brazil Bakery bakery, it was my first time at this place so I asked for information on how it worked, the attendant said that I needed to sit at the table and ask for the QR CODE that was there, I said ok. I placed my order at 9:57 am, 30 minutes later my order had not arrived and I went to make a complaint, the attendant said she wanted to check, at 10:47 am I got up to find out what was happening as I had been there for a long time, they informed me that there was none order, I had to show my payment receipt because they couldn't find it on the app, the Brazilian informed me that they didn't have cheese bread and suggested the coxinha instead, I accepted, when the order arrived the coxinha was cold and they didn't even have it. the respect of apologizing for what happened, terrible service, lack of organization, the first time I come here and the last.Today, 03/29/2024, I visited the Brazil Bakery bakery, it was my first time at this place so I asked for information on how it worked, the attendant said that I needed to sit at the table and ask for the QR CODE that was there, I said ok. The service sucks, every time we go there we wait too long for the food, sometimes they bring the coffees and half hour later comes the food, or the other way around! If Carol or Susana are working, things run smoother, they are very very hard workers, otherwise it's terrible!

Hands down, my go-to spot for the best coffee in the area! Not only are all the Portuguese treats incredibly delicious and fresh (I'm especially obsessed with their pao de queijo - cheese bread!), but the level of attention and care here is truly exceptional. Susana, who's always at the front where I order my coffee, greets me with the most wonderful attitude and an even brighter smile every time. (always appreciated).

Always eat here with my elderly mom, who's a relatively recent arrival in the neighborhood. The food is great and the staff has always been very kind, particularly Susana who always takes the time to help out with my mom's Portuguese pronunciation ('meia de LEITE, like 'late'). Would totally recommend! Oh, and check out the musical performance on Epiphany... Definitely a memorable experience.

The best bakery in Toronto. The best pastéis de nata I've ever eaten in our Community. The people who serve us are of unparalleled magnitude.

This is a very interesting option if you want to experience a similar atmosphere to a traditional Brazilian bakery where you can eat at the counter and try a good continental breakfastThe menu, however, is not very traditional with items you’d find in a Brazilian bakery, and it’s more of a mix of Brazilian, Portuguese and north American (which is nice, but there could be more Brazilian items such as pão na chapa, tapioca, pão de queijo, sonho etc). The waiters are very nice, but it took them almost 30 minutes to get my order because I ordered at the table with the QR code only to later find out that their system was not working. My advice to management is: stick to the traditional pen and paper to take your orders. The place is small and people who go there to eat expect the human connection with your nice staff.

Worth Trying.Ample seating area, cakes and sweets and savoury. This review only focuses on the savoury. They're all really good and at a reasonable $1.99 price. My favorite is the meat and fish. The prawn I'm on the fence about - they tried a white sauce on the inside which is too goopy. The shrimp is also too small, they would do better to try diced/shrimp paste instead. The Portuguese tart is really good. Flaky and sweet but not too sweet.Takes AMEX.$10+ pp.
