Will not be coming back. The girl working today (April 13) did not let me use the washroom when I said I would buy something after i used the washroom. I really needed to go but she was adamant on me paying first. She was so rude about it and she could clearly see me moving side to side to not soil myself... then my drink doesn't even taste good as it normally does. $7.5 for this drink is insane ? bad location to stop by.

Came here on a Saturday during the afternoon. Not busy, but it took a bit of a while for our drinks to come out. I think there was only one girl doing both drinks and cash, which is sad, especially on a weekend during the afternoon. She was very kind and attentive to all the customers, made sure to ask us if we needed a bag and such. Tried their sakura white peach tea and it was surprisingly good. They had samples out for people to try which was nice, so I ended up ordering one for myself. It has real peach bits in it. Total came to about $15 for two drinks. It's fairly spacious and there is also free wifi.

I got 4 small pieces of cakes/desserts yesterday (3rd April 2024) and the blueberry cheesecake literally had molds on it when i got home to eat. I wasn’t even quite sure if the other desserts were expired too. They gave four expired coupon cards which was just a waste added to my bin. I don’t like leaving a bad review here because i always enjoyed their boba teas but it’s so annoying to get inedible stuffs which you’re literally paying for it. This is disgusting, really disappointed.

Maybe a good bubble tea shop but I made the mistake of thinking I could get a cup of hot tea, just regular black tea here on a cold wintery day and they wanted $6 for it! For a cup of tea! And because I decided not to buy it, I was not allowed to use their washroom. Shame on the young woman behind the counter. I could have been your mother! No wonder the place was empty.

My go to place and overall my favorite bubble tea. I love how they have a points system where you can redeem it for free drinks. I absolutely love thai milk tea, and the great thing is that you can customize your drinks aswell by sweetness and ice level and ask for unique toppings.
I visited this place last Wednesday. There were two staff and it was very slow.Finally it was my turn to order, so I ordered a chocolate smoothie and tapioca pearls. I waited a long time, but I also gave them a tip.But my drink didn't come out no matter how long the time had passed, even though people who came later than me had received their drink. I had been drinking this drink frequently, so I had expected to receive it in approximately 5 mins.Eventually, I asked the staff who received my order how much longer it would take, and she replied that it would take 15 mins. I didn't know the reason because she didn't explain why it would take 15 more mins, and if my drink was taking time in the first place, shouldn't they have let me know when I ordered? I asked to cancel my drink because I didn't have time, and she didn't even say a word of apology.I was very upset and wasted my time because of her.Not only that, but contrary to her saying that she canceled the payment, my credit still has an amount charged.

I have been coming to this location for a while but i am realizing that for the past couple of times that i have been ordering my drink with extra toppings and pay extra for them but no extra toppings were found in the drink. In recent case i order their new kitkat crunchy tea with pudding and extra tapioca. MY DRINK HAS NO TAPIOCA! I PAID $9.03 for the drink!
