Ordered a qq peach and it tasted horrible. Like hard, chemical tap water. I know the jelly and juice series is just water and syrup, but I think the barista just used plain tap water. Threw it out after a sip.

This location is swarming with students. I did a mobile order and the staff must not have seen it come through and I had to ask them, 10 minutes past the time I was told it would be ready, where it was and they had to make it based on what was on my e-receipt. It’s also super noisy in here and no one can hear what orders they’re shouting out.

The pricing is actually quite good (around 5-6 dollars without toppings) and the tea itself is fairly tasty. Cute indoor decor, slightly long wait considering it is not a restaurant could have been faster but otherwise it's awesome. Will come back in the

Ordered 3 teas and they were all horrible. The strawberry tea tasted metallic and both taro teas were gritty. The powder was not dissolved at all. This was my first time getting such bad bubble tea from a Chatime, and it was 3 different teas. Yikes.

I really love chatime and they're employees are always friendly. The selection of drinks are great. The only downside is that they don't accept cash.

One of my favorite things about Toronto is how great their food scene is. Where I'm from, bubble tea isn't a big deal, so being able to find it everywhere in Toronto was definitely a new feeling for me. I've truly never had this many options for bubble tea before, but the staff here were really kind and patient in talking me through some of the combinations. Bubble tea is just bubble tea where I'm from, maybe a few flavors, so having such a big menu of options plus customization options was new for me!This location was very clean, dog-friendly, and bustling with good energy from the nearby University of Toronto. I found myself visiting here a few times and tried something different during each visit. I didn't quite nail my perfect order, but I loved the huge menu with countless options for milk-based teas and fruit-based teas. Definitely a great spot to try bubble tea and have fun with your order.

Good experience in general here. I ordered the signature regular size tea with tapioca. I had to find a location to rest while waiting for a few friends for dinner because the Gyubee and Yelp App next door messed up my wait list and reservation. This place was a nice place to sit and rest and had a great atmosphere. The tables could be a bit cleaner.

I had a bad experience at Dundas so that I gave another try at this location. Unfortunately, the service was still bad. I always order black tea with oat milk and pearls. I double checked the monitor to make sure the cashier took my order correctly. However, the person who made my drink was pouring milk tea in my drink instead of oat milk. I asked again if there’s oat milk/black tea in it? I remember when I went to other chatime location they would have black tea and oat milk separately. Not the premade milk tea. The colour doesn't look like that milk tea ish. Anyways, he said yes. I tried the drink and it tasted like milk tea powder. Def no oat milk in it. I asked nicely to see if they could redo my drink but the cashier was giving me attitude. I had no time to argue. That was awful experience again. I’d rather try other cheaper bbt at least they have better customer service and will admit their mistakes.

I love this place for bubble tea.The honeydew milk tea with tapioca is my go to drink.I don’t have it much, as the calorie count on it makes it kinda prohibitive in my diet.I certainly wish I could.I can gulp down a large bubble tea in less than a minute and have a hard time not doing that. If I could consume these things slower I’d have them more often. But, if I want bubble tea, Chatime is my go to.

I can always count on this Chatime location to satisfy my bubble fix after my floor hockey games!Smaller compared to other locations, they still serve solid drinks for the University of Toronto community and others living in the area!
