Ordered from here several times and there is always missing items. We even call to make sure after placing orders and they still miss things. Very frustrating and annoying and they do nothing about it. What is a salad with no dressing? Or guacamole and chips with no guac???

First time trying Chipotle, food was good but the place and the staff were not the greatest. It’s dirty inside the facility. The person who took myorder named Charmaine was acting like she was in a rush, very rude and very poor customer service and communication skills. when paying she was rushing us and didnt even ask “is that everything for today..” she just took our money, gave our change which the bill was ripped! while we were standing there wanting to buy a drink. as well, i overheard her talking rudely to her coworker and talking her down! Would not go back to this location ever.
