FoodWe dove into a classic selection of Chinese dumplings, sampling both the pan-fried and steamed varieties. They hit the spot—delicious and perfectly prepared, although reminiscent of many other spots I've visited. The variety in sauces added a nice touch, enhancing the overall dumpling experience.ServiceThe service was impeccable. The staff struck the perfect balance of friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness. It's exactly what you'd hope for when dining out.AmbianceThe space is inviting—clean, bright, and exudes a cozy vibe. The décor is charming, paying a subtle tribute to Asian heritage, adding to the restaurant's character and warmth.AccessibilityWhile the restaurant is somewhat compact and narrow, making navigation a bit tight, its proximity to public transit is a big plus, offering easy access for a hassle-free dining adventure.

Some of the most mediocre Chinese food I’ve ever had, and not worth the high price tag either. The mapo tofu was really bland, and also looked like it had already been chewed. The eggplant, beef in black bean sauce and the Shanghai noodles were also incredibly bland. The basil fried chicken was the only decent dish, it’s the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1. Save your money and go east along Dundas to Buddha’s Vegan, or New Ho King or King’s Noodle, or really literally anywhere else in Chinatown.

Had an great experience at Chop Chop! The Kimchi Beef I ordered surpassed my expectations – the meat was not only tender but also incredibly flavourful. However I feel there could've been more beef and less vegetables in the dish. The featured egg noodles were good, but the chicken in the dish, was the real star it was both tender and exceptionally tasty.Without a doubt, I'll be returning to explore more dishes on the menu. The service was good. I must also mention my appreciation for the ambiance, particularly the expansive windows that filled the space with natural lighting. Looking forward to my next visit!

This place has awesome legit mainland Chinese food. Less noisy than the places on Spadina but just as homey and authentic. Going to be a regular stop for me!

A small and cozy restaurant that perfect for couples and family, I went there on Sunday afternoon but it wasn’t busy at all, so the staffs had time to prepare my food carefully.
