Food was great and tasty.Really poor service, we saw our server once in the entire night just to handle the bill.Great atmosphere in the heart of midtown.Other locations service is way different.

$24 caesar salad with old lettus, fake parmesan, and frozen chicken. disappointing. I used to like this place.

Our server was very nice and polite. Unfortunately, I found our food to be average and overpriced.

Did not enjoy chicken pesto pizza. Chicken dry. Pizza dough and crust mediocre. Pesto oily.

The atmosphere is nice and the service was great. Food and wine is a bit pricey but overall we were satisfied.

Zero pictures of the food because as soon as it hit our table, we inhaled it. Completely forgetting to even snap a shot!!!!! My husband and I have been to Italy multiple times and we come to Cibo to be reminded of the taste and quality of the food overseas. I love arancini so I am always on the hunt for a good one in Toronto. The ones here are brilliant. Deliciously meaty sauce and oozing with fresh mozzarella cheese. The focaccia is so soft, warm and fresh it practically melts in your mouth and the olive oil tastes like crushed olives. The first time we went we got pasta: carbonara and the braised beef mushroom ravioli. Incredible. While we were eating, we caught a whiff of the pizza as it was being run by our table. We vowed we would come back just for the pizza. The second time we went, we had the Di Nicolino and San Giorgio pizzas with fior di latte. You know the restaurant is a good one when they serve fior di latte!!! The crust was perfection and the toppings are so fresh. We also had to try the penne alla vodka and my husband who admittedly gets pasta’d out very easily truly devoured the dish. It was savoury, creamy and the pancetta was perfectly crisp and generous. A perfect way to outrageously satisfy that ‘nice bowl of pasta’ craving. Desserts and cappuccinos don’t let this perfect experience down one bit. In any general cheesecake recipe, you always add a little bit of lemon because it goes so well with the creaminess of the cake. So what if you made the cheesecake with fresh Italian cheese and flavoured it only with lemon juice and zest?? Probably the best tasting cheesecake ever right? They serve that here!!! Omg so decadent. The tiramisu is also great for a little pick me up ;) But above all, the reason we come back is for the service. Every single person who works at this establishment walks as if they are wearing a crown. When you are their guest, you are honoured with warmth, caring attention and upscale thoroughness. As soon as the empty glass hit the table, our server Kelsey was at our side to offer another. The hostesses greeting us and any server that runs the food to our tables is gracious and kind. But above all, management deserves a real prize. The way that Brent made us feel part of the family and how he tended to our every need so generously, made us guests for life. We will forever visit Cibo Yonge street thanks to their wonderful team!!! 11/10, RUN—don’t walk!!!

Service was good but not great Our food was very average for the price - none of us finished our main course. Wine list not on table at first. We won't be coming back. Overall a poor to average dining experience. A pity because CIBO is conveniently located in our neighbourhood.
