We made a reservation for brunch and even though there weren't many tables occupied, the service was incredibly slow. It took 45 minutes just to receive our coffees, and the food we ordered was mediocre. Despite being highly recommended, we left feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

We had a reservation for 4 on Mothers day. Our time was 1:00 pm and we sat in back room. Our service felt like we were in Paris again. It was a perfect service. Our waiters timing was absolutely spot on. Thank you for such an all around wonderful experience.

We went to Cluny Bistro & Boulangerie for a date night and I think it is one of the top meals I have had in the last 5 years.Our server was fantastic - attentive, funny and friendly. He made our dining experience even better. The ambiance was great despite a busy night. The interior was beautiful and it felt like we had travelled far away from Toronto. The food was great - we had a lot of food and enjoyed almost everything we had. Would highly recommend this for a special occasion/date night.

The head chef, Christine, at this restaurant is not punctual, rude, unprofessional and will waste your time. As someone who is supposed to embody a team leader, Christine lacks all qualities of that. I would highly recommend to AVOID this restaurant. A “leader” such as this lady would only offer staff who embody the same poor characteristics. Very disappointed.

For those who love a space that reminds them of the old, but that embraces the new together, Cluny is certainly a great place to visit.The house has two spaces, one for coffees, crepes, salads and soups, and a second, larger space for the restaurant. Both very well organized, very well decorated and with great service.They are located at the side entrance and exit of the distillery, with direct access to car stops and trolleybus line 504. To access the place, there is an access ramp for wheelchair users and those with low mobility, in addition to the spaces having an automatic door for opening and tables spaces to serve all customers.Everyone's service is great, and the products are wonderful. It is definitely a place I will always visit.

I can say that the restaurant manager deeply cares about providing good service to the customers, but I can’t say that about the other staff.We came here on a weekday for a light meal and wine for dinner and although there were many tables available, they gave us the oyster bar seats and even when we asked to be moved, they said other tables are full; even though all the empty tables stayed empty till the end of night. Our host had an attitude, during the whole time; puffing with our every order! On the way out, I asked to speak to the manager and he respectfully took time to hear me out and get to the bottom of the situation. He also offered some croissants and macaroons from their boulangerie to make us feel better.The menu is not extensive and is suitable for pairing wine with a light meal.Other than that, I liked the vibe and everyone seemed to have a good time.

Went with friends for Saturday brunch. Everything we ordered was fabulous. I had the chocolate bread pudding french toast that was so decadent. Our server Sydney recommended it and so glad she did! Everyone in our party agreed all of her recommendations were spot-on! Also a fab cup of coffee! Will definitely be back.

Came here for dinner for the first time in a few years and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I had the Black Cod and it was delicious. The Creme Caramel I ordered for dessert was quite awful, but the CRÊPES FLAMBÉES was amazing and good to share amongst two to three people.
