I love this family owned restaurant! the food is great and the sense of community and caring by its owners is uplifting. they always make me feel special and that they're happy to see me when I come. They even remember my food order.

Best breakfast/brunch place in town. Patiently waiting for it to reopen.

The Coach House is a Toronto staple and a stellar place to enjoy a classic "greasy spoon" style breakfast. This adorable old-fashioned diner is owned and operated by a Greek family and is all about continuing the family-run tradition as it has been doing since the 1960's. I highly recommend both the breakfast options (go for the Super Breakfast for sure) as well as the Greek lunch options (you have to try the Chicken Souvlaki Dinner). Service is excellent and always done with a smile. It's the kind of place that will remember your name and order too if you remain a customer on an ongoing basis (and trust me - you will want to). Plus, you can order via phone or on your fave ordering app for pickup (or get delivery though Uber Eats, etc). A must-eat gem in downtown Toronto and a place that you will want to continue coming back to once you try it (Also: please tip generously as this is a local family-run business).

Delicious diner-style food including various breakfast options, plus friendly service.

Classic old school brunch place with great service. The veggie omlete is decent with enough veggie to keep you full and healthy. Great home fried potatoes. Will definitely try their house breakfast if I'm in a mood for a big breakfast next time.

Coach House is my go to spot for an amazing hamburger, gravy, and fries! Amazing diner food, and very well priced! The chicken souvlaki is delicious and the best bang for your buck, very well priced!! Love it!!

Sorry guys. I was served the worst breakfast ever. The home fries looked like the crumbs of potatoes from the flat top grease trap. The bacon was just plain weird. I have been to this dinner at least fifty times over the years and went out of my way this time, which proved to be the last time.

Had a really great time here with my son. We were here at lunch, it wasn't that busy when we were here. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. This is what I believe to be a family run restaurant. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone and plan on going again.

Typical greasy spoon. All day breakfast. Convenient to Queen's Park.

This down to earth family owned and operated restaurant is a gem! The breakfasts are just what a breakfast should be! 3 eggs, bacon, pan fried potatoes! I finish it off with one pancake(best I’ve ever had).

I had a simply delightful experience here at this well-run, locally-owned restaurant. It’s a narrow room, but the welcome was deep and wide. The staff were genuinely friendly and warm in their interactions. The food was exceptional in both quantity and quality (not a “greasy spoon” breakfast). I will return every opportunity I get!

The perfect restaurant. :) It's refreshing to know that some things don't need to do anything to get better. Decades strong, and always perfect.

This little gem.has been there since my college says run by parts of the same Greek family. Unfortunately it now closes at 4 but opens early for breakfast with great service and good food. It appears quite small but has a larger back room. It is very popular during Gay Prude week because it is just at the edge of the Village. They have so far avoided selling out to condominium entrepreneurs. I have gone there for 55 years!
