Tried cold bubble coffee, the flavor was really good, just not enough ice. The drink was look warm and all the ice was melted.

I ordered the cold green Thai tea (really refreshing, has a nice sweet pandan note) and cold egg Vietnamese iced coffee (flavourful and strong).Keep in mind, this is not a place for a quick "grab and go" coffee as all the drinks do take about 10- 15 minutes to make (which is pretty normal for viet coffee).Space does offer enough seating with some outlets. A great place to WFH.

Great egg coffee!

I normally go to the pacific mall location but was in the area and stopped by. This location offers dine in service however we only grabbed coffee to go. The cococcino was very delicious unsure why some reviewers gave this particular drink a mediocre review. The only downside was it took a long time for our drinks we waited 20-25 minutes.

Maybe 5/10 for the coconut coffee. The regular size is small in comparison with the sizes in some of famous coffee brands. The staff is friendly and polite.

My favourite place in downtown to get Vietnamese coffee. The vibe of the interior is great too, very cozy. The staff there were very patient in explaining the other drink options when asked, even though I still ended up ordering the classic condensed milk coffee. Would love to return and try their food items some day.

Delicious Vietnamese coffee right by College and Spadina. Having lived in Vietnam for 8 years, I wanted to find some good Vietnamese coffee in Toronto that was authentic and this place did a pretty good job. Love their coffee offerings and they do some food too, although I have yet to try any of that. The cà phê sữa đá was great and the staff were super friendly too.

Everything about this restaurant screams kitchen nightmares/ place struggling to hold on but putting in 0 effort.Food was not fresh or authentic. Ordered a chicken bahnmi and they microwaved costco pregrilled chicken strips.Atmosphere was a place is need of not even just a reno, but people bothering to try to make it look presentable. Signs were just torn up pieces of paper, chipped paint everywhere, including somewhere they patched the wall but didn't even bother painting it.They also have licenses like food and safety handling certificates out that have been expired. Do not go. The whole time now I'm worried whether I might get food poisoning.

Sweet place with kind staff and a cute atmosphere. I hate to leave a bad review but it took them 30 minutes to make my bubble coffee (from the time the money left my account to the time the drink was given to me) and there was only one person ahead of me. Coffee was good but the tapioca was hard and crunchy in the middle. Nice place but 30 mins wait for a coffee is wild
