One of my fave places in the Bloor Dufferin area. I am so sad that the pandemic led to them having to close their doors. I will truly miss the smiles from the kitchen as I walked in the doors to dine in or pick up. So friendly, so welcoming. I am happy I was able to experience the outdoor patio area last summer - that was a treat!!!I will miss the gyoza, the shrimp croquette, the quinoa spring rolls, the curry! So many wonderful flavourful dishes!Thank you for all the years of incredibly hard work and for being awesome people. You've treated this community to many delicious meals and you will be sorely missed. Wishing you all the best of luck in the future with your business.

Great meal (tofu & fish stew special + shared chicken gyoza). Service was good - quiet Wednesday night, but attentive without being overbearing. Will go back!

Awesome Tokyo style cafe.Brunch was great, Shrimp Croquette, French Onion Soup, and Japanese Beef, Egg, and Rice dish was as good as it gets.

Service was not the warmest. The restaurant was empty so the staff weren't too busy to be nicer. Ordered an Omu rice after reading rave reviews and was quite disappointed. The rice bedding was soggy. The egg was broken and leaked outwards before being cut, resulting in a disappointing omu egg. There was a slight bitterness due to the rice, not sure what caused it. Overall, not a great experience for a dish priced at $18.50 + tax.

Love this place so much. Everything I have ever eaten here was delicious and well prepared. The staff are lovely. The space is cosy and now they have the cutest back patio!Don’t miss the desserts! Chestnut creme brûlée is to die for.

The place is amazing. If you are wondering what the good Japanese food is other than sushi - this is the place.Perfectly braised meats, greats sauces, cheesecakes. Good liquor selection,

We ordered take-out from COO for the first time and the food was great. The restaurant waited until we arrived to make the omelette (for omurice) to make sure it is delivered in the best quality. Super tasty!

This place is a real gem. Best karaage I've had...which I've eaten a lot of. Take out is great but looking forward to when we can dine-in again.

I have been craving omurice for a while and found this place to have a really high rating. I ordered omurice and hamburger stake for a premium price compared to other places and have found both are disappoointing. All i can taste from the omurice is cheese and both dish were greesy with monotone flavours. Order your omurice else where.

One of my favorite places!! the Kara-age chicken is to die for I always order one to take home! The service is excellent they're so friendly and welcoming, they remember me and ask how I'm doing after only visiting a couple times. Make sure to check it out next time you're in the area you won't regret it!

One of my fav Japanese spots because the restaurant its food and its staff feels like a restaurant in Japan, and not just a duplicate of a same ramen or izakaya formats that we're used to.

This is a regular favourite for us and we love their food a lot. This is Japanese comfort food done to perfection. Just when we thought this place couldn't exceed our expectations anymore, we ordered their beef short rib special and it was so delicious and tender that I had to post this review.Thank you Coo for being a great restaurant in the Bloorcourt neighbourhood.

It was very fantastic experience. I have been heard about this restaurant but no opportunity to go there especially this pandemic situation. Finally I could go there and I ordered their omurice. The fluffy egg on the rice is so amazing. And I really insist about that sauce for this meal. I believe that many people would be addicted to the combination with its egg and rice. I'm happy that number of Yoshoku restaurants has been increasing nowadays in Toronto (Youshoku means in Japanese is food which is western influenced meals. It's very common in Japan) I will definitely go back there to get this omurice!
